Cozy Coastal Condos is a perfect getaway! I had an amazing stay at Cozy Coastal Condos. It felt like a cozy home away from home. The space was warm, inviting, and perfectly cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was peaceful yet close to the beach. The host was very attentive and made sure I had a wonderful stay. The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

The place is amazing, so close to the water that you can hear the ocean. Hubert is very communicative and responds very quickly. I really appreciated that. We had some issues with the neighbors being loud and unruly, Hubert did the best he could. He even went further to refund one night stay. With the things being beyond his control on the above issue, it was very nice of him to work with us. The airport transportation was included in the stay which is a nice touch, especially when you visit a new place. The place is amazing, the host (Hubert) is one of the friendliest person you will come across. He is awesome, which makes the stay so much better.

Before diving into details about the Airbnb, I want to take a moment to highlight Nicolas for his exceptional service. From the very beginning, he was responsive, respectful, thoughtful & incredibly accommodating. What truly sets Nicolas apart is his situational awareness—when we arrived, he didn’t just greet us at the property; he ran to help carry as much of our luggage as he could. Big shoutout to you, Nicolas! The airbnb is fantastic. It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and modernly furnished. The smart locks on both the gate and front door added a greater sense of security. The highlight, however, was the view. You're surrounded by breathtaking scenery—mountains, lush trees, and endless blue skies. You'll be close to a variety of dining and entertainment options. Some are just a 10-minute walk down the road, others a quick 5-minute drive. Only recommendation: the mattresses be updated. That said, definitely not a deal breaker. I give both the host & accommodation a solid 5/5.

This location far exceeded my expectations, as it was not only spotless but the surroundings were peaceful and tranquil. The host was friendly, responded to messages quickly and was considerate in every aspect of hospitality. If you are seeking peace of mind and home away from home, this is the ideal location to meet or exceed your needs.

David and Cindy were outstanding hosts. Very friendly and full of joy to host their guests. They guided us through the neighbourhood and we felt immediately home. They also provided us a lot of advice out of their experience to visit in Kingston and so we could hike or do activities around Kingston. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Marlene was wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful inside and out and big! The view alone will make you want to stay forever! It is peaceful, private and quiet, like home away from home.. but better, and kid friendly! Price is reasonable for sure! Its alot of good for the price! I will 100% be back!

Great stay and great location Air BnB is central to all the go too spots in Negril. Also communication between host and guest is very efficient and any issue will be resolve quickly.

Lovely place within a quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. I had a rental car so getting from place to place was easy b/c shopping centers and restaurants are super close. Check in was simple and the house was spotless. Amazing view outside as well!!
