I hada wonderful time at Charlene's place. I had everything I needed at the place. It was just less than 5 minutes away from world famous Boston Jerk and other restaurants with great jerk. And less than 10 mins sway from Blue Lagoon. I would stay again. Big up

Lovely guest house overlooking the Blue Lagoon. This is a guest house for a larger villa, located on two levels. The access to the guest house is on the lower private access road right above the lagoon. Great location, close to all nearby attractions (short walk to Blue Lagoon where you can also hire a boat to Monkey island or Winnifred beach), short drive to Frenchman’s Cove, Boston Jerk, Winnifred Beach, and Port Antonio. The groundskeeper was very helpful and the host went out of her way to communicate with us before, during and at the end of our stay to ensure we were well. The guest house itself is nice, airy and comfortable. A few appliances did not work (toaster, microwave or television), but that didn’t really inconvenience us. The partial view of the lagoon is beautiful and there is a cute patio area outside surrounded by foliage that is really beautiful and an outside shower where you can wash off the sand after a day at the beach. There were surfing boards and two canoes that could be used. The location is tricky if you are not familiar with the area or if you drive at night, but our host was great at directing us and once you know where it is, its rather an easy to access convenient, private location. Cons are (not really something controlled by owner), roads are under construction and difficult to drive on and there is a lot of garbage piling up by the lagoon. Also, no proper parking area, but we were able to park alongside the private road in front of the property and it was fine. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the guest house or even renting the entire villa (which I believe has a private pool).

welcoming wonderful host, great venue, nice garden and an exciting plantage in the backyard with loads of different fruit and plants, Rey showed us around and explained everything to us, that was really great sometimes a bit loud in the evening as local bars are around and you can hear some traffic, but that would never stop us from coming back to Rey's wonderful home

If you want to unwind from the fast paced life and immerse yourself in a authentic natural experience, than this is the place for you! Lydia's cottages are very cozy, clean and the place is very peaceful. She is a very nice host and prepares a very good breakfast which you will have surrounded by nature and her two friendly cats. I would love to go back.

Fleur's place is an excellent and calming retreat highly recommended for the future to anyone wishing to explore Kingston. She welcomed us with some selected local treats and gave us a tour of her wonderful gardens. Any questions needed answers she has a folder with a lot of information, touristic places to visit, take aways, COVID regulations,... my answer to this is just sit back and enjoy.

Everything was thoughtfully designed, from the landscaping to the rooms and the location. The daily clean-ups kept everything spotless, and Miss Mony’s warm and kind attitude made the stay even more special. Katamah truly had it all.

For the single traveller like myself, this place was right on the money. welcoming hosts, clean and secure environment, and the freedom to be independent. Not all up in.......

We had a fantastic stay at Donna's place right across the street from the beach. The location was a perfect place to explore Negril from. The place was bigger then I expected and had ample space for our group. The communication was great and Donna checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable and if needed anything. We did also end up using Donna's suggested driver Robert. He was super nice and very prompt. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport which made our arrival very smooth. Definitely would suggest this spot if you want a more authentic Negril experience!

What an incredible home, grounds, people and experience all the way around! Podcast filming necessitated this stay. Based on the photos it seemed to be the perfect retreat to shoot and boy was it ever! Dwight and his wife were the best and kindest hosts- even offering their gorgeous personal dining room chairs for our recording. Anything we needed they so graciously provided (a random stick for a tripod? ✅An extension chord?✅). Kitchen/grill were absolutely clutch! When we locked ourselves out Dwight also became a ninja climber in the middle of the night! Definitely highly recommend!

A great location just across the road from a beach entrance. The property is securely located at the back of a hotel. You have to walk through the hotel to get to the property. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Easy and prompt communication. The shower was inconsistent with pressure and temperature but it was no big deal. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and restaurants and are on a budget. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a month and it was the perfect place for us. It was secure and safe feeling, clean, and had a lot of space. It had a huge yard for my kids to play in as well. Jermaine was super easy to get along with, replied to any questions I had quickly, and was super helpful. We will be staying here again when we come back. I definitely recommend this house.

Albert accepted the last minute booking and greeted me although I arrived in Kingston a bit late. Check-in was a breeze with easy instructions. The cottage is centrally located and in close proximity to all things Kingston. The yard is secure with parking for 1 car. The cottage has everything you need and worth the price.

10/10 returning again tonight.

The staff there were super helpful. Bobby, Shana and team. They made sure everything was clean. Miranda was very responsive. I was apprehensive to travel right after a hurricane but everything went well.

Jerome property was excellent, very comfortable. I would definitely visit again and highly recommended.

This was my first time in Jamaica and I originally had a resort booked until I called two days before arriving only to find out that the dates on my reservation were wrong. I didn’t want to cancel my trip so I searched airbnb and found Merrilee's place. The booking process was easy. The villa was absolutely beautiful and better than I expected. The area was very peaceful and the house was beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. Everything we needed for our stay was available pots, pans, extra towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Most of all, I am especially grateful for our host, Corey, he was very responsive and helpful from bringing us fish when we were trying to locate a place to purchase it from to providing transportation when our ride cancelled at the last minute. Additionally, this villa now holds a special place in my heart as I got engaged my 2nd day there on the beach not to far from the home. My fiance and I are looking foward to booking here again in the future.

Natoya was a very great host! Throughout many inconveniences she was very responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay here again. Her home was big and beautiful!

Thank you Ms. Coleath for another wonderful stay in your residence. This is my second stay in 2025, I plan on returning to your residence on each of my future visit's. The house is as described, very clean with a view of the ocean overlooking main St., beautiful for morning coffee outdoor's. All household needs are supplied, cooking utensils , linen, towels and wash clothes in addition to the washer and dryer, that a person would need on a vacation. There are'nt many airbnb's that you can rent with a Smart Tv in everyroom for that end of the night wine down and relaxation tijme. Thank you again and it's a definite return!! Gwen H. USA

This place is in the beautiful countryside on the edge of the Cockpit Country. It is remote and that is exactly the attraction. Quiet. Safe. Birds everywhere singing in the morning and evening. Great views of the hills and jungle from every corner of the property. It is colorful, artistic and very comfortable. One of most comfortable beds I've had at ANY Airbnb! Looking for a super nature chill vibes hang out with friends? This spot will not disappoint. Great hosting from Kimone, Ainsworth and Craig. Thanks y'all! Will be back for sure!!!

Really great location easy access to food and anything else you would need. The hosts are really great and very helpful. The pool was great and the private beach was beautiful. They made us food and really made us feel at home. If you don’t stay here you are missing out!!

I honestly don’t know where to begin, I booked with Lavern at last minute due to having to leave another Airbnb that had no service or water, I was told that it was happening all over the area but that was not the case at Lavern’s place, everything worked perfectly fine and we was relieved to have great WiFi and water, even hot water. The place is absolutely beautiful and feels just like home, the neighbors are friendly and they assisted with helping as well to find things. The house was very clean, cozy and had all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. The host was very responsive and they really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. My taxi was having some issues and they were very understanding at checkout and allowed me to wait inside until he arrived which I am very appreciative of. I cannot recommend enough, it was a great experience. Right around the corner is route taxi’s which take you into town for $1.50, also the laundry room was very helpful
