A completely renovated house 100 meters from Lake Bolmen with a large patio with sun all day and views of the amazing Lake Bolmen. Pier and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we breed Gotland sheep and on the land there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation there is a padel court, boules courts, football pitch, outdoor gym and multi-sports arena.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. Feel free to try the hiking trail that passes just behind the house, down to the Draven nature reserve with a bird lake, or take a trip to the nearest swimming area!
