Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Everything was great and just what we were looking for!

Casa Mateo is a beautiful, open house. The sunset views from the top deck and infinity pool are amazing. Michael is a thoughtful host, including pick-up from the airport on our arrival. The location allows you walk only a short distance to the beach and town. The house is located on a very steep hill so visitors should be prepared with comfortable walking shoes. I would definitely book Michael’s house again!

Beautiful casita with wonderful view. Spotlessly clean and gorgeous details. Everyone was so friendly and Alejandro went above and beyond. A few minutes walk to Abuelos, the best restaurant in Yelapa. The shower was great, the aircon was perfect, the bed was comfy, really high design and extremely lux for Yelapa. All the windows open for the world’s best most breezy view. No mosquitoes in April! A few things to note: The internet and cell service was very limited the week we were there.. if you need to work bring a portable starlink! Perched above the town, you hear everything. I wore earplugs and noise canceling headphones every night. The hot tub is beyond glorious, you are at the same height as the soaring birds. You need to specifically request that the hot tub is turned up if you would like it hot. Otherwise it is kept cool. If it’s your first time to Yelapa, ask for directions to the stairs for the beach! This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. I would come back here every year. Absolutely beautiful vacation very clean and extremely quiet Lupita Rafa sister was just a sweetheart

such a beautiful airbnb - even better than the pictures! the view from the pool / outdoor area is gorgeous. the home is beautifully decorated. kitchen was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this spot. can't express how much we all loved it. David is awesome!! super responsive and helpful. he made our experience seamless. we were greeted with fresh guacamole and salsa, in addition to the groceries we pre-ordered via david. everything was spotless upon arrival and even cleaned mid-stay with laundry! we split the 3 beds between 6 women and didn't have an issue with space. note that it is up on the hill so it's a bit of a hike up, but ubers are readily available and super cheap. close to many great spots in zona romantica. thank you!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb and we were not disappointed. From the breathtaking views to the incredibly comfortable beds, everything was perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and its proximity to hidden gem restaurants made dining out a delightful experience. Polo and Alex were exceptional hosts, addressing any issues we had promptly, regardless of the time. Javier's recommendations of a private chef was a highlight of our trip - the culinary experience was phenomenal. While we regret not being able to visit the Chef's Restaurant, Casa 449, it is on our list for when we return and we will be back. The private rooftop pool was unbeatable and provided the serene escape we all needed.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s place. The location where the house is located was also fantastic, the private complex was so quiet and relaxing and It also has plenty of pools. It was great to be able to walk/run in the mornings within the actual complex. The views from the house are unmatched and the pictures don’t do it justice. We LOVED staying at their house. The private pool was way better than expected, and even though it’s not heated it was still at a super enjoyable temperature. We had a few things come up, but Saamantha was amazing, beyond graceful and very responsive and took care of all the minor things very quickly. We can’t wait to stay at their place again next time we are in town.

An excellent, clean and comfortable place. The cabin layout ensures you feel all the privacy to enjoy the view and comfort it offers. The very hot water for the tub, the fireplace beautiful and clean. Everything was excellent and in place. Good distance not to be in the middle of the village, and being close to visit

The cabin is very nice. Jesus communicates with you and provides explanations for the arrival. There's no internet signal and no internet service. But I don't think it's necessary since you disconnect from everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience, the staff was very kind, the stay was comfortable, there was always hot water and the jacuzzi works very well, a quiet and clean place, only we did not have wifi during the stay but we recommended the place

We came from Sonora/Arizona and this place is breathtaking. Its amazing, very clean and beautiful. Please follow instructions and go up during light hours due to being a little confusing but with the instructions given is easy to get there. Recommend this place 100% the host is amazing and very responsive. Super recomendadisimo el lugar esta hermoso super limpio.
