Casa Dos Chicos is a designer vacation home available for rent year round for 8+2 people. It is set on a hill in the charming tropical town of Sayulita, overlooking the Pacific coastline of Mexico. This 3,000 sf villa on the Riviera Nayarit, with 360 degree views and its own lush garden, features 4 suites all with king size bed and private bath, sitting area, fan and safe. The house has a heated infinity swimming pool, a tree-top hot tub with ocean views, and a Mexican-style open air living area which includes a rooftop living room and kitchen/dining room linked by a bridge. The views are of the ocean and coastline but also of the lush foothills of the Sierra Madre and the energetic town of Sayulita. The house and grounds provide a private retreat high above the town and the sea and is only a short walk to the center of town. Sayulita is known for its languid pace, smiling attitude, and happy-go-lucky approach to life and has great shopping, unique restaurants, bars and street food that will make your vacation truly special. The owners will organize upon request welcome dinners, grocery shopping, private chefs, yoga classes, private massages and more. Outdoor activities include surfing, whale watching, jungle hiking, snorkeling and scuba diving, Horseback riding and much more. $800 security deposit due You will also be required to sign a renters contract. We provide full concierge service to help you with anything from transportation to golf cart rentals, cooks, yoga classes ... just ask! The villa is in the tropical town of Sayulita overlooking the Pacific coastline of Mexico. It’s only a few steps from the main plaza, yet immersed in beautiful nature. You can walk anywhere in Sayulita and the house is a 4 minute walk to the center of town and an extra minute to the beach. But if you prefer we will reserve 1 or more golf carts for you to zip around town! Let us help you with your stay before and during!

There are many boutique shops, inspiring art galleries, delicious local restaurants, lively bars, and the famous sparkling beaches all within easy walking distance. Explore comfortably and discover your piece of Beautiful Mexico. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. Getting around is easy. Just a short walk. The area has no hikes up any mountains or stairs. Ubers are also available in Puerto Vallarta and are very inexpensive. Relax and Enjoy! :)

Exceptional Oceanfront Condo by a Private Beach

The condo is in Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos. Very private and secure with lush gardens. There are only 28 condos in the complex and private homes. The condo has US Dish tv in media room and both bedrooms, vonage phone, and wifi. Our condo building only has 10 condos with its own heated salt water pool and hot tub. Guest are able to choose from the pool in front of the condo or at the beach club. The beach club serves breakfast and lunch. Great menu and very low prices. There is a private beach with kayaks, long boards, and life jackets. The beach is served by the wait staff from the beach club or bring your own refreshments. There is a full gym as well. If you want a lot of sun, the beach is best. Pool in front of condo does not get tons of sun. I am available on my cell phone or via e-mail. We also have a concierge which can help with reservations, grocery shopping, cooks, etc. The condo in Puerto Vallarta is situated in a gated and secure complex of 28 condos and private homes. The resort setting makes for a very relaxing vacation. The attached beach club is wonderful with very low prices for breakfast and lunch. The cost for a taxi from airport is approx. $25 usd each way and I have contact info for a taxi or car service. There are buses as well that stop on the highway. We have a garage space for rental car as well.
