The listing is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Solwaster. Easy access thanks to its private parking, come and relax in an old 1800 farmhouse. The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. Ideally located in a quiet area for lovers of nature hikes, for sports enthusiasts, close to the RAVel, 3 minutes from the center of Spa with its thermal baths and 10 minutes from the Circuit de Francorchamps. Guest house independent of our family home, brand new, cozy interior, practical and comfortable in a "workshop" atmosphere, the decor varies according to the seasons, from spring to Christmas atmosphere. You have a terrace, garden and petanque court.
