A farmhouse from the 19th century is waiting for you surrounded by large oaks with a huge garden. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in direct proximity to Bremen. From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just a minute away, and Wulsdorf train station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.

The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, there is parking in front of the house. All public and private areas are non-smoking zones.
