Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Access to the tram is a 15/20-minute walk and we have direct access to bike paths for walks or hikes.

The large glass window will allow you to easily access the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier is 5 km away, the centre is 8 km away, the tram at station L 5. Clapiers is 5 minutes away by car, and bus 23 stops in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
