Cozy apartment in a villa in the middle of a pine forest.

Comfortable 40 m² independent 2-room apartment, with terrace and petanque court, located in villa and pine forest on the edge of the forest, all 20 minutes from the beaches, airport and TGV stations. The apartment is located in a discreet location, in a cul-de-sac, with parking spaces and close to a shopping area (supermarket, fast food, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and laundromat). Access to the tram is a 15/20-minute walk and we have direct access to bike paths for walks or hikes.

Maximum capacity of 4/5 people. Parking is available on the street.
