It is a 100% island housing system, where electricity is produced by the sun and the use of water from the tanks needs to be thought twice. In the context of today, this is a very interesting experience. The cottage is designed for a family with children, where children sleep in a mini-bedroom upstairs and parents on a Japanese futon made of bamboo fibers. The meadow where the cottage stands is fully available to guests.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, near the sandstone rock town with Valdštejn Castle, Hrubá Skála Castle and Trosky Castle. Ideal for an active holiday - the possibility of rafting on the Jizera River, well-maintained bike paths and dozens of tourist destinations.

Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

The hot tub is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

V prosinci 2025 byl byt revizalizován, zmodernizován a vymalován, máme novou vinylovou podlahu, novou tichou lednici, designový panel za tv s osvětlením.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Newly renovated wooden building in the Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area. We offer a quiet environment with parking and access to many winter resorts. In summer, it is possible to come with bicycles and enjoy the landscape with its unique beauty. In winter, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer accommodation for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
