Don't have your own cottage? No problem, we will be happy to welcome you to ours in Hrabětice in the Jizera Mountains. Unfortunately, more than 8 of you will not fit in, but even that is a decent number, for example, for two families with children or a group of friends. You will find the cottage near the Severák ski resort and at the starting point of the Jizera Magistrale. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room, a children's corner, a ski room and a large garden with private parking.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Nice, cozy and modern apartment, studio size - 1 bedroom - room with a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette with a balcony and a beautiful view of the whole city. You will find absolutely everything you could need during your stay, including all hygiene and cleaning products, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a few capsules. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
