Appartement privé très lumineux, de 60 m2.Vous aurez accès à 2 pièces : une chambre-salon avec lit double , une grande cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne. Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. ( **L'appartement ne dispose que d'un lit double= 2 personnes ) Merci !

The entire estate was built in 1860's. The owner lives in the first part of the estate and always available in his art gallery . You are very welcome .

Sur les hauteurs de la ville, à une minute des grands parcs de Forest et Duden, à quelques minutes des marchés, jolies boutiques, bars et restaurants de Saint Gilles. Accès facile et rapide à toute la ville (et à la gare du midi) par les trams 3, 4, 51, 81, tous à moins de 3 minutes à pied de l'appartement! Lit double dans la chambre, canapé lit très confortable dans le salon si besoin.
