Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ivö Lake

Great place to get away, we went with our kids and they had a great time playing in the backyard and with all the toys in the house. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless, amazing!

What a wonderful home where it was just about everything , nothing was missing. Also included bikes that we used down to the village . Since it was early spring , we burned in the fireplace in the evening which elevated the comfort . Luxurious garden with flowers to behold . Beautiful bird song that was like a concert. Close to forest if you want to exercise . We highly recommend this home.

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The children could play in the garden and in the evening we made ourselves comfortable by the fireplace. Very nice house, there is everything you need.

Great attentive host. Hands on all the way. Nice place with all you need. Location is good. I could imagine the garden would be spectacular in the summer.

Great accommodation with large open spaces around the house that were a perfect fit for our family reunion with, among other things, 5 games.

A beautifully renovated house in the middle of the countryside of Sweden. Unfortunately, because we were out and about a lot, we did not use the sauna, but that all looked neat and tidy. Although the house may not look very large, it feels spacious. An efficient layout of the lower floor. Due to a translation error, we had not understood that you had to bring your own bedding. So please keep that in mind when you go to this house. All in all had a nice stay in Sweden and will definitely remember it if I go back again.

Jacques and Dini welcomed us with open arms and heart. Lots of personal interest and time put into our encounter. The house and the location are really fantastic. silence, greenery, views, art, creativity, inspiration, connection and real conversations. The very extensive breakfast along with its own fresh strawberries was the cherry on the cake! We would like to come back❤️ A Dutch coming home to a whole new country to discover🙏

Our stay in Vitaby was amazing. We appreciated Mats hospitality and lodging. I hope you get a chance to meet Mats. He’s great. The place had beautiful peaceful views, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was great. We would stay again.

We stayed at Bart's place for an overnight stay. He stoked the fireplace for us and set up a Christmas tree. We would have liked a little more information in advance (for example that the toilet is a compost toilet), but it was no problem. Thanks for the short relaxing stay. :)

Camilla and Jonas were great hosts, were always immediately available and very friendly. Their place is very special - so perfect and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden in the back and in the front is also really beautiful and very cozy. We explored the area with the bikes - there are so many beautiful and quite secluded beaches, whether Hävang, Vitamölla or even in Kivik. There's a lot to discover in the woods, too. It was just a wonderful vacation, we were very happy here and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful house almost right on the lake! We liked the beach very much, it is beautifully sandy and relatively long flat, which is especially great for children. The water of the lake is very clear, it is, like most lakes Smålands, a little brownish by the ingredients, but of a very good quality. The lake is huge and there are many peninsulas and nature reserves for hiking all around. The house also includes a high-quality rowing boat, we had an electric motor with us and so the range for fishing was ok. There is especially perch, pikeperch and pike in the lake. Life vests can also be found in the house. The equipment of the house was very good, there is a spacious kitchenette with everything you could ever need. The furniture is of good quality and with history, the beds were very cozy and sheets, mattresses and pillows super clean. We felt very comfortable and would go there again and again You can hear the country road but that did not bother us.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It is absolutely luxurious, very clean and nicely decorated. The hostess is accommodating and polite. Thank you very much.

Wonderful house!

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely, clean, and spacious house for Easter. The house was perfect for two family, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the child-friendly hikes in the surrounding area. The nearby lake was a true highlight, adding to the charm of our stay. While we highly recommend this house for its amenities and beautiful setting, the only drawback was the noise from the road. It was generally not an issue indoors, but it was quite noticeable when enjoying the garden. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this house to others!

Incredible wooden summer house, with a 180 degrees view to the ocean. Beach 10 meters away and a wide terrasse makes the place superb and very enjoyable. The house is very bright, full of light and very well designed. It is super functional and easy to live in. Our host has been super responsive ans welcoming. Great place to spend some days away from the city !!! I recommend 100%

Visiting the dreamspace was impromptu, yet in retrospect I feel quietly summoned. Communicating with Pia is a charm; like skating back into a conversation that had simply paused. Absurdly brilliant design. So much heart. Sun flakes spilling across the floor, the fireplace becoming your second pulse, calm nights (except for birds with a clear sense of hierarchy) Local trivia includes swimming, splitting wood, standing still to watch deer passing through like retired royals. Sätofta’s lake is close enough for a dip & far enough it feels like an achievement (20min walk). Cafés/errands are near, though the temptation to ignore civilization entirely is strong. Writers & dreamers, bring your notebooks! This cracker of a villa teases out the stories hiding in your chest. I finished my script, and considered giving up cph city life altogether before coming to my senses (barely). I already ache to return. One does not argue with a place that knows you better than you do yourself. Merci, Nora x

The space still exceeded all expectations. It is a fantastically beautiful, very tastefully furnished house. We were spoiled with welcome gifts and were able to enjoy the beautiful location and tranquility very much. Highly recommend!!!!
