My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach with great gastronomy From about May to autumn. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. All relevant shopping facilities are about 1.6-2 km away. In about 3 km. Distance is the train stop. A car is useful here!

The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

You will stay in an approximately 90 m² apartment. There are a total of 6 beds spread over 3 rooms. The common main entrance leads into a staircase from which both apartments are separately accessible. The apartment has a fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher, stove and microwave. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. If you want to use the wallbox, we have to charge a fee based on usage due to the increase in energy costs

The in-law is located in Kellinghusen in the immediate vicinity of the Stör and the Aukrug Nature Park. The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

Welcome to my modern country house, lovingly renovated in 2022. Wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and a natural stone countertop create a warm atmosphere. Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. In our lovingly and romantically designed thatched cottage, directly on the Kiel Canal, there is a 100 sqm apartment with 3 rooms for max. 6 guests. The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and parking space.

The accommodation was newly renovated in March 2025. The quiet residential area invites you to relax. If you want to go to the city center or to the train station, you can take the bus, which is within walking distance in 5 minutes. For quiet walks, the forest is very close.
