The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Easy access to ski resorts such as SkiWelt, Skijuwel or Zillertal as well as the entire hiking area around the wild and tame Kaiser. You can also get everywhere easily by public transport. The cultural cities of Kufstein (10 km) and Wörgl (5 km) are nearby. In the village, there is a large grocery store and everything you need. €3.50 tax per person/day

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift station are also very close. WELCOME to the OBERHAUSBERG house! Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip
