Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Hi, we’re Mike and Roze— Welcome to our Victorian built in the 1860s! This fixer-upper was our first home together, which we renovated as newlyweds. To this day, we are constantly DIY-ing and upgrading the space when we come to enjoy Ithaca. When we are not using the space, we love opening our doors to the right guests. We hope the right guests find us!
