Super nice space with 5 bedrooms in the center of Marataizes. 100m from the beach, close to all shops, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. My home has all the amenities for families and small groups, including a small central garden with hammocks and barbecue area. I will leave at the disposal of guests, beach chairs and a tent. Important: Bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation. Additional cost of R$25/person.

It can also be a good choice for groups of up to 26 people, that can in my other houses in the same area: the "Millicent Residence" chalet and the "Linda casinha na praia de Itaoca" which are 2/3 minutes away, for everyone to enjoy the gourmet area!
