We are located in Gomes, a quiet place 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Itaoca and Itaipava, close to a supermarket and bakery. Ideal location for weekends, holidays and small events. 📲 Come and enjoy this experience with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, with two individual ensuite rooms, a swimming pool and a gourmet area IT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE. Spacious house in the best neighborhood. 3 bedrooms (1 double, suite with air conditioning), large living room with sofa bed and space to allocate mattresses, equipped indoor kitchen and complete gourmet area with barbecue, stove and air fryer. Swimming pool with LED, shower and outdoor bathroom. Balcony with parking spaces for 2 cars and laundry with washing machine. Prime location: close to the market, liquor store, bakery and pharmacy on the corner and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Perfect for families and groups!

Beautiful Chalet with pool and gourmet area!

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place: it has a gourmet area with swimming pool, TV and Wi-Fi, in a quiet place 500 meters from Itaoca beach! It can also be a good choice for groups of up to 26 people, that can in my other houses in the same area: the "Millicent Residence" chalet and the "Linda casinha na praia de Itaoca" which are 2/3 minutes away, for everyone to enjoy the gourmet area!
