The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and fragrant, it had everything in the house that we needed for a stay without complications, the highlight is the pool area, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained, the water was super clean, we didn't get hot, because it has air-conditioning in every room in the house! Paulo answered our questions very quickly! We'll be back for sure! Thank you

Casa top, all new, including furniture. The site has everything needed for a beach tour. The house has a beach chair, trolley and all kitchen utensils. Very quiet place and close to the beaches. It has an electronic gate, parking spaces and BBQ space. It surpassed the expectations.

Janaina received us very well, the house was beautiful all prepared for the arrival of my family, very smelling and organized, were days of rest that made us feel that we were at home, if I could advise you not to think twice before you go, we look forward to our return.

Alexandre's place is much better than the pictures and indications. Large house, large, tasteful, with pool and super comfortable outdoor area. After 14 years away from marataizes I came back and kept in my memory magical moments. I highly recommend Alexandre's house. If in doubt, do not have! It will be a success.

Maria is a cute person, attentive and a lot requests!!! I loved my stay, I felt at home, outside the backyard that is super cozy!!!! We drank a lot of coffee sitting there with the children.

It was our first trip to Espirito Santo and to have chosen the Sítio Agrodim, left the perfect experience 💖 Estefania was a love assisting us in all our doubts and Mr. Edivaldo totally helpful and cute when receiving us 🥰 Aucides, Safia and Hooks loved the lull of the place and the fun in the pool, the nearby beach is an extra decoy, but the laziness is a lot....until Ifood we ordered *hehehe* 🤭 The Sítio is highly located (I believe that walking things were close, but I do not walk😎), the piece of access with battered earth is short and very well taken care of and even with rain, we did not have any problems with locomotion. The ambience is what is in the photos, and the landscape....it is wonderful to 🙀 contemplate the calm of the swimming pool or balcony, it was stunning 😻 The kitchen is quite complete, but very simple...if you are a gourmet person it is better to confirm if there is what you need, as well as other objects that it is good to see before with Estefania if you have it in the house 😸
