PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY: The kitnet is located on the second floor, where there are a total of three units. The access to this unit is done by a shared corridor, which passes in front of the other two kitnets. Only the hallway is in common use; each accommodation is independent. Approx. 800 meters from the beach. No visits or pets are not allowed. We don't have a garage. There's a camera at the gate entrance. We do not provide bed and bath linens. Before you finish booking, ask all questions.

Garage for 3 passenger cars. Vacation with peace of mind, comfort! We provide bedding and bathing.

No loft embora não ofereça estacionamento, existe a facilidade de estacionar bem próximo em duas praças públicas, sendo uma em frente e outra logo ao lado .

This is a totally independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It is very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
