Our house is fully air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites (two with king-size beds, two with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed) and one en-suite has a lounge with two single mattresses). On the ground floor, we have a complete kitchen integrated with a large living and dining room (with toilet) and a large balcony (with sofa, hammock and table for 8 people).

Cozy and charming house, very well decorated and fully equipped for your comfort and an unforgettable stay right on the sand. Duplex house with balcony overlooking the sea, inside a small condominium of 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has a leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. Very quiet place and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Just 30 steps to the beach, which turns into a natural pool when the sea is low.

A modern living area features a large white sectional sofa adorned with colorful cushions. A wooden accent wall adds warmth, while a flat-screen TV is mounted above a low coffee table. Natural light filters through a window, highlighting a vibrant artwork nearby.

In the Mar Paraíso condominium there is a hotel of the same name, the services provided by it (breakfast, restaurant...) are limited to hotel guests.
