Beautiful house, high standard, on the sand, located in the best luxury condominium in Arraial D'ajuda (Condomínio Águas D'ajuda). Our house is fully air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites (two with king-size beds, two with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed) and one en-suite has a lounge with two single mattresses). On the ground floor, we have a complete kitchen integrated with a large living and dining room (with toilet) and a large balcony (with sofa, hammock and table for 8 people).

Cosy, fully equipped apartment for 2/3 guests, in a beautiful and quiet gated community, very well located in the centre of Arraial d’Ajuda, close to various shops and the charming Rua do Mucugê (5 minutes on foot). You can leave your car in the car park and walk around both during the day and at night!!! The apartment building is built on sloping ground, so there is a staircase along the path leading to the apartment (not recommended for the elderly).
