Vila Mundaí is 500 meters from Mundaí Beach and offers complete, comfortable and well-kept apartments in a practical region, close to Toa Toa and Barraca Gallo Praia. Nearby there are restaurants, bakeries, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a gas station. Despite the proximity to the beach, you will find a quiet and reserved environment, with a homey atmosphere, ideal for couples and families. The service is direct with me, with quick response and support throughout the stay.

Cozy complete apartment for 2/3 guests, in a beautiful and quiet gated community, very well located in the center of Arraial d'Ajuda, very close to various types of shops and the charming Mucugê Street (5-minute walk), and it is possible to leave the car in the parking and walk around both during the day and at night!!! Welcome! Here we love to host and our purpose is to serve! Ah…the ap…is a complete duplex, beautiful, very close to the beach. You'll be very close to everything, and you can do everything on foot if you prefer. It's a 5-minute walk to Taperapuan Beach. On the back street of the condominium, there is a convenience store, restaurants, bars, a pub, a bakery, an Italian restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, a pizzeria and galleries... You'll be in the Heart of Porto Seguro!

They have 2 (two) double beds and 2 (two) single mattresses, air conditioning in each room, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi access, television, sofa, refrigerator, stove, table and kitchen utensils. In addition, it has a parking space, 24-hour guardhouse, barbecue (upon reservation and payment of a fee).

A rectangular swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled deck featuring greenery along the edges. The clear blue water reflects the sky, and a structure with a wooden overhang is visible in the corner. Lush trees rise in the background, completing the serene setting.

Located on the seafront, 10 minutes from the center and 5 minutes from the ferry (by car or van), the house is on one of the best beaches in Arraial D'ajuda (Araçaípe), with free access, directly through the yard, for guests. We have a large, gated parking space, offering convenience and security. Wi-Fi internet, swimming pool and 3 barbecue options, kayaks for touring (check availability). Great option for those seeking a family-friendly and quiet environment.
