All bedrooms have a 32-inch Smart TV, and the living room has a 65-inch Smart TV. Rooms and rooms/kitchen with air conditioning. Private barbecue area and deck. An internal private parking space. Electricity charged separately (R$1.50/kWh). The guest is not allowed to use the barbecue of the gourmet area of the condominium. Voltage: 220V. Use of the condominium's gourmet area: $180.
