Erika was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The accommodation was very clean, spacious with all the amenities. It is well located, a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store 10 minutes' walk away. We were greeted by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the necessary information and instructions for accessibility to the accommodation. I recommend this place and I would not hesitate to go back.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was exactly as described – if not even better. The place was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The terrace was amazing – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Thank you for everything, we would gladly come back!

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

A spacious apartment in the heart of Venice, a short walk from most of the sights.

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

Christina was amazing, her place is very clean and organized and we had a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!

The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. I have nothing but positive things to say about the stay at Fabienne's. Friendly host, very attentive to us, helps us by sometimes dropping us off at the bus stop, the property is spotless and beautiful... I recommend it 100% and I will come back You won't be disappointed!

Very nice location of the complex with a large pool. Very friendly and fast support from Gabriela, from whom we also received great tips for shopping in the village. The furnishings of the apartment are a bit simple, but this fits the price level. The path to the village and the beach goes a short distance along a country road. We spent a very nice week in the complex!

Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.
