A stone's throw away are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and a typical market. In a few minutes you can reach the historic center. The location is strategic to visit both the Historic Center of Venice and the nearby cities of art of Veneto. A few minutes from the station and the highway, in 20 minutes you can reach the airport. Venice can be reached easily and quickly - by bus, the stop is just 5 minutes from the house (trips to Venice every 10 minutes), in 15 minutes by bus, you can reach Piazzale Roma. - by train (15 minutes), Venice-Mestre train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment Venice Mestre train station is a few minutes' walk from Casa900. From here trains leave for the Venice Historic Center and for all the art cities of the Veneto region: Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, and Belluno. From the Mestre station, there are buses to the nearby beaches of Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle, and Eraclea as well as to the Dolomites and Cortina d'Ampezzo. You can also visit the Brenta Riviera with its famous Venetian villas by car or bus. The guest will need to notify the estimated check-in time at least 24 hours in advance. Agreeing on your check-in time is a must. The apartment will be made available to the guest from 3 pm. ACCOMMODATION TAX: €4 per day per person per night to be paid upon arrival UPON ARRIVAL, THE IDENTITY DOCUMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE REGISTRATION OF GUESTS, AND THE SIGNING OF A RENTAL CONTRACT, AS REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW The Manager will present the apartment and inform guests about the house rules.
