Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Isle Verde Beach

I loved this location. It is very walkable to local restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and the beach! I also had a rental car and the reserved parking came in handy as the street parking can get busy with the beach crowd. The space was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Overall I would recommend and saving this one to my list to book again when visiting PR.

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed such as stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Great place, not even a minute from the beach, easy to get to near bunch food spots and easy to access by uber. Quick ride into San Juan. The Airbnb was very clean, though it could use a few more towels/toilet paper it was overall a great place and a great price. The host was very communicative and recommended local activities.

A Serene Slice of Paradise This place is truly my sanctuary by the beach, a haven of tranquility that I cherish dearly. Being highly sensitive to noise, I am endlessly grateful for the unparalleled quietness this beautiful retreat offers. The serene ambiance, coupled with the most comfortable bed I've come across, keeps drawing me back time and again. Unlike many other Airbnbs in the area where street noise and airplane sounds are common, this gem remains blissfully peaceful. The big TV is a perfect addition for unwinding after a sun-soaked beach day, and the parking is effortlessly convenient—something that’s often hard to find! Juan, the host, is nothing short of exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every stay is flawless. This was my third visit, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. Juan, thank you for creating such a dreamlike escape—your place is nothing short of perfection!

Had a great stay at Christina and Jimmy’s, loved the clean, well stocked apartment, was able to enjoy our time off and not miss small convenience items. I appreciated the all cotton pristine linens on our bed. Location is excellent, had access to two different areas of the beach . The waives are gentle here and it’s easy to swim. Host communication was excellent. Unit is on the 6th floor and there are two elevators but we took the opportunity every day to take the stairs instead of the elevator simply to get some exercise. Recommend the apartment!

Marta was an excellent host. Super communicative! Her place was right on the beach with private access which was nice. She provided everything we needed even coolers and beach toys! The hammocks on the porch were nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Would definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems, he was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work, he had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

My second time staying at Felipe's home. Relaxed place; great to meditate and explore near attractions like National Forest El Yunque, La Paseadora tour (riverboat), Carabalí Rainforest Park, Cabezas de San Juan, and others. There are also great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Location was perfect. We loved the outdoor patio area. Several places were walkable which was very convenient. We had an issue with the lights (remote control would turn everyone's light on/off ) but Hector called immediately to help. The house was super clean. Only problem we had was the neighbors were so loud at night it sounded like they were in our apartment. Would def stay here again.

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

Great Location & Place Calm & Lovely

Ricardo was super responsive and a super host! He waited and met my boyfriend and I outside right when we arrived and gave us easy instructions to get in/ as well as during check out. The view was beautiful and it was soothing to hear the waves at night while falling asleep. We were here during a 31 hour power outage in the Airbnb during PR’s island blackout. Luckily the elevator and utility room were working for us to still access the airbnb/ charge our phones and we made the most of it while sleeping with the windows open to cool the room with the ocean breeze. Ricardo made sure to check in periodically with updates and make sure we were okay. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels available in the closet for beach use which came in super handy. I would definitely stay here again if ever in PR. You can’t beat the amazing view!

Would recommend if you’re visiting for the first time and you want to be near the beach and airport plus lots of surrounding bars and restaurants.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

Lemarks place was fantastic! He was always responsive and friendly.The location is super close to everything we needed. We even decided to stay an extra night, and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend, 10/10!"

We liked staying at José's place. The location was great with easy access to the beaches at Isla Verde. The ocean views from the porch were excellent.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The space was clean, well-stocked, and felt like a home away from home. Perfect for a beach getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting PR!
