Yes, water is fully back on. St. Tropez Condominiums(*pool closed for updates Sept through Oct, 2026). Newly furnished 2 bed, 1 bath. Ground floor (no stairs, no balcony) Water heater for warm showers. King bed in both rooms with tv's. Casino next door. 2 sofas(1 Full sofa) Short walk to the beach (6 min.). Very nice pool. Many restaurants/bars walking distance. 6 min. walk from Isla Verde beach. Laundry on site(coins). Market is 6 min walk. Beach chairs, towels, and rolling cooler provided.

We took a room space and added a kitchenette. Do not expect a large studio. FREE WiFi with over 100mbps and ìi Parking on an Any Spot Available basis, so is not guaranteed. BE AWARE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH AUGUST, THE SPOTS ARE LESS DUE TO OWNERS INVITING GUEST TO GHE BEACH FOR HOLIDAYS, ETC. Best to UBER / LIFT around San Juan. Much cheaper too! PLEASE TREAT OUR PLACE AS IF IT IS YOUR OWN. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL.
