Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

Josué was a great host. I had some issues the first night and Josue was quick to respond and offer me solutions to my problem. I found Josue and his brother to be absolutely wonderful during the interaction that I had with them. The person who cleans was also super nice. I’m sorry I forgot her name. It’s a great place to stay. Close to the airport, hotels, restaurants and the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Josue

10/10! Thank you pedro for welcoming us into your beautiful home! Everything was perfect just like the photos. Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

Great place! It has a beautiful view and it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are absolutely phenomenal and very responsive. Definitely worth it, don’t hesitate booking!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s! We were in a great area with a lot to do and would definitely come back to stay. The apartment was very clean on the inside and the guards were very nice. Juan was always responsive and so kind.

This is our second stay here, and it was just as good as the first time!!! Absolutely love this condo and area!!!! Very comfortable and cute with lots to do in the area. Already planning our next trip 🇵🇷❤️🇵🇷 José is awesome, always quick to respond and super helpful!!!

So many great to say about the host Victor and his apartment. First let me start by saying that the host was very responsible and was always communicating to check on how things were doing. This place is one of the best places I’d stayed in Isla Verde, clean, nice view and very comfy, will recommend 100%!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient.
