Monthly Rentals in Isle Verde Beach

Great place, not even a minute from the beach, easy to get to near bunch food spots and easy to access by uber. Quick ride into San Juan. The Airbnb was very clean, though it could use a few more towels/toilet paper it was overall a great place and a great price. The host was very communicative and recommended local activities.

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Isla Verde. The place was just like the listing clean, cozy, and in a great spot. Host was easy to communicate with, no issues at all. I’ve stayed in this building before and always feel comfortable here. Would definitely book again!

Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

The condo has a Beautiful view of the ocean. The blue ocean water was calm, clear, and perfect for swimming. The beach is very quiet and relaxing. We walked to the grocery store and some restaurants. We didn’t rent a car; we uber as needed. The apartment building is very secure. The condo is very clean and steps from the ocean. We had some questions, and they responded quickly. I would stay again in this property.
