Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Island of Ortigia

Beautiful and clean beach house, perfect for exploring Syracuse, Noto, Cavagrande and 5 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach. It has a big garden, perfect for kids to run around. And the sunsets from the terrace are amaizing.

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Very unique place, much larger on the inside than it appears outside. Pros:. Clean, spacious, 15 minute walk from Ortigia, usually plenty of street parking close to the apartment, 15 minute walk to a grocery, independent air conditioning in the main bedroom(which was a godsend), washer in the apartment (use the 15 minute wash, otherwise it takes forever), oven, dishwasher, freezer/fridge, water in the fridge on arrival, a bath pouf and sweets in the bedroom on arrival, you CAN walk to the Archaeological Park and the Catacombs, but it's maybe a 30 minute walk. Possibility of sleeping 6( 2 beds, sleeper sofa), which would make this a fantastic deal! Cons:. The bed was a bit firm for our liking. Granted, it was better than the one we slept on in Agrigento, but still too firm for us. So, if you like a fluffy bed, this is not for you. By the 3rd night, we had gotten used to it. Daniele Is a very sweet man. He also owns a coffee bar 5 minutes away in the Piazza. It usually took him an hour or so to get back to us when we had a question, but it was never anything pressing. There is an alarm system in the apartment that would randomly beep on occasion. Not sure why. I suggest taking the hop on hop off your bus. It's only 5 EU, goes to all the places your gonna want to go, and you can catch it about 5 minutes from the apartment. I do not recommend a restaurant called Top 13. We went there because it was close and were tired of walking. Even though they had a full menu, we were only allowed to order pizza. It's not that the food was bad (it was ok), I just don't like being taunted with a full menu but told only pizza.

The area of the room is very quiet, the room is as described by the owner, clean and very cozy rooms with some complimentary snacks and drinks. We had a great time

Our stay at Respiro Greco with Ramona and Salvo was simply wonderful. From the first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The location is ideal – supermarkets, cafés, and small shops are nearby, and beautiful beaches like San Lorenzo, Noto Marina, and Fontane Bianche are only a short drive away. The historic center of Syracuse with its sights and excellent restaurants is also quickly reached. Ramona and Salvo were always available, very kind, and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to visit were perfect. The homemade cake for Easter was a lovely surprise. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The pool was well maintained, Wi-Fi was strong, and the Smart TV offered Netflix and Amazon Prime for cozy evenings. Syracuse’s culinary offerings were a true highlight. If you want to fully enjoy Syracuse and its surroundings, staying longer is highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

We stayed one night in Eva's fantastic house, a wonderful suite located on the seafront of Ortigia super clean and cozy, the gem of that house beyond the fantastic stone wall and the hydromassage with its LEDs... We felt at home, Angelo was a super professional host, she was able to recommend the right places in addition to giving us all the information about the place. Super recommended⭐️

A wonderful place with a lovely host. Very special: an Outdoor kitchen right next to terrace and pool. We spent a week as a group and would all return immediately. Good sights and beaches to explore in the area.

Very nice landlord (private people, down-to-earth and shirt-sleeve, who organized everything we needed for us and always respond quickly). Large, well furnished house with beautiful large garden (lemon tree, rosemary, barbecue, clothes rack, various outdoor areas, 2 outdoor kitchens, parking...). A few good knives and mosquito spray are recommended. Overall, you should be willing to take care of anything related to the house (trash, etc.). It is a semi-detached house, with us no one was next door. Fontane bianche is a nice, rather quiet place by the sea at night, rather Italian. Tourists, beautiful beach (5min walk), a few places (bakery, ice cream shop, 2 cafes, 1 pizzeria, 1 bar). We were 10 people and the house was great for that (5 bedrooms, the 3 on the upper floor are particularly nice), but also more people fit in well. A pool is still being built. We'll be back, Grazie Giuseppe.

Great place for a family visit to the beautiful south east side of Sicily. We had a great time here and would recommend it to others as well!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A HOLIDAY AT THE VILLA OF WHITE FOUNTAINS. NOT ONLY COMFORT, BUT ALSO ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY, CLEANLINESS AND PAMPERING BY THE HOST WHO HAS BEAUTIFULLY MANAGED OUR STAY. THEY ALSO LIKED OUR TWO DOGS WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE LARGE, PERFECTLY FENCED SPACES. BEAUTIFUL VACATION, ALSO SURROUNDED BY NATURE AND CULTURE, A STONE 'S THROW FROM AND FROM ORTIGIA AND BEAUTIFUL BEACHES, NOT CROWDED IN SEPTEMBER.

Really happy with our stay. Host was responsive and friendly. The pool was wonderful. Place was clean, and we had a great couple of days! I would say if you stay here you need a car. Thank you :)
