It comfortably accommodates four people. The private veranda is equipped with a comfy table and umbrella... Great location on a typical square in the historic center that offers a quiet and particularly sunny atmosphere, a stone's throw from the market and the Temple of Apollo. In a few minutes walk you can reach the main streets of shops, restaurants and solariums. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find at your disposal a bathroom courtesy kit and one for the kitchen,linen, bath towels. Beach towels for rent for an additional fee. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, toaster, toaster, electric kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, hair dryer. For children, a camping cot complete with a mattress and linen, a sterilizer and a bottle warmer, a bathtub and a high chair. Children's kit has an extra fee. I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

Excellent apartment and great location in the Giudecca neighborhood, full of restaurants, bars and shops on the island of Ortigia, which is a short distance from the port of Syracuse (8-minute walk). Silvana was super friendly from the arrival, leaving us extra towels and all the guidelines on the use of the apartment, and recommendations on the city of Syracuse, the city of Catania and Noto. It was 5 days that we loved very much thanks to Silvana's kindness Silvana, thank you so much for everything!

Lucas' place is heaven in Ortigia. The home itself is so beautiful, from the bedroom itself, the high ceilings, the amenities and the views. It's located in a more quieter part of the island but still very close to amenities like food and the water's edge. We felt so relaxed staying here, and enjoyed our time so much in Ortigia that we can't wait to come back. Thank you Luca and Benedetta for being so helpful with organising an airport transfer and being so responsive.

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.
