Holiday rentals with breakfast in Island of Ortigia

Nous avons adoré le concept du loft. Bien pratique et assez proche des choses à voir à pied. Nous recommandons cet appartement. À notre arrivée Vincenzo nous a offert une bouteille de prosecco 🥂et des biscotti 🍪. Marc et Hanspeter.

We had a great time staying with Ennio! The house is charming and the host even more so! Ennio was very friendly and helpful and he makes a great cappuccino. We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back.

Evaristo e Giovanni sono stati degli host fantastici, che dico...di più!!! Super accoglienti e disponibili, gentili simpatici, spiritosi e mai invadenti. L'appartamento è molto spazioso come del resto la stanza e il bagno privato. Ci hanno accolto con una cena ottima...un fuori programma delizioso. 5 stelle non bastano per la recensione ce ne vorrebbero il doppio. Ci portiamo al Nord il calore della loro generosa ospitalità. Consigliatissimi.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very unique place, much larger on the inside than it appears outside. Pros:. Clean, spacious, 15 minute walk from Ortigia, usually plenty of street parking close to the apartment, 15 minute walk to a grocery, independent air conditioning in the main bedroom(which was a godsend), washer in the apartment (use the 15 minute wash, otherwise it takes forever), oven, dishwasher, freezer/fridge, water in the fridge on arrival, a bath pouf and sweets in the bedroom on arrival, you CAN walk to the Archaeological Park and the Catacombs, but it's maybe a 30 minute walk. Possibility of sleeping 6( 2 beds, sleeper sofa), which would make this a fantastic deal! Cons:. The bed was a bit firm for our liking. Granted, it was better than the one we slept on in Agrigento, but still too firm for us. So, if you like a fluffy bed, this is not for you. By the 3rd night, we had gotten used to it. Daniele Is a very sweet man. He also owns a coffee bar 5 minutes away in the Piazza. It usually took him an hour or so to get back to us when we had a question, but it was never anything pressing. There is an alarm system in the apartment that would randomly beep on occasion. Not sure why. I suggest taking the hop on hop off your bus. It's only 5 EU, goes to all the places your gonna want to go, and you can catch it about 5 minutes from the apartment. I do not recommend a restaurant called Top 13. We went there because it was close and were tired of walking. Even though they had a full menu, we were only allowed to order pizza. It's not that the food was bad (it was ok), I just don't like being taunted with a full menu but told only pizza.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Cristina's apartment. It was in a perfect location in the historic core of Ortigia. Clean, modern. nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. We are also Airbnb hosts and appreciate the care and thoughtfulness of our host. She was proactive and responsive. We did not have any issues. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend staying in this place and lovely Ortigia.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter Syracuse (15 min jusqu’à Ortigia). Il est tout neuf avec de nombreux équipements à disposition. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et pleins de bonnes attentions. Le petit déjeuner est compris. Petit bémol, peu de fenêtres dans l’appartement. Le plus : une baignoire jacuzzi !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und grossen Villa von Francesco sehr genossen. Sowohl die Villa, wie auch der phantastische Pool waren blitzsauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Villa ist somit sehr zu empfehlen!

Notre sejour chez Ennio restera un souvenir mémorable. Ennio dispose de qualités humaines dont la liste serait longue à énumérer : chaleureux, accueillant, altruiste, arrangeant, gentil.... Ennio est très réactif, toujours joignable et disponible. A l écoute de la moindre éventuelle demande ou besoin. Il nous a conseillé et bien guidé pour toutes les visites a faire dans sa jolie région. Avec toutes les précisions. Chaleureuse ambiance.Belle vue mer de notre balcon. Ennio prépare des petits déjeuners typiques de sa jolie Sicile : Cappucino, oranges pressées, fromages et charcuteries de la région, fruits et tomates, diverses confitures , crème de pistache etc Ennio nous a permis d utiliser sa cuisine. Des vélos a notre disposition. Soucieux de notre bien être. Ennio est un hôte exceptionnel, doté des qualités innombrables qui font de sa jolie maison et d Ennio une adresse chaleureuse que nous recommandons. Tout est comme le descriptif, avec les qualités humaines en plus.

Siracusa is a gem for relaxing! And We enjoyed staying there! Venere was wonderful and so so helpful! Highly reccommend

Michele a ete très sympathique et très flexible sur notre arrivee et notre depart avec beaucoup de services rendus lors de notre sejour de 3 nuits. Les enfants ont beaucoup appréciés le choix entre le jacuzzi et la piscine. A savoir, la cuisine est séparée des logements et le lavabo avec l'eau est à l'exterieur mais on s'y habitue et pas de soucis quand il fait beau. Merci a Michele pour ces quelques jours, on sent qu'elle apprecie vraiment partager communiquer et rendre service pour un sejour facile.

Mariella's place was not only spotless and beautifully furnished, but it was located in an ideal location to fully enjoy and explore Ortigia! The apartment was close to the water and only five minutes' walk from the square. We loved staying there and already plan to return the next time we vacation in Sicily!

Very clean and comfortable home away from home. Someone look for the place away from touristic area then here would be a right place. Near by there are big supermarket and locals favorite restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops. Easy to walk to Ortigia and great morning and evening walk about 15 min The place is wider and better than the photos. We stayed 4 nights and very satisfied! Thanks a lot!

Salvo was a great host. Responded quickly to communication and went above and beyond what is expected. Really appreciated his help with storing our luggage. The apartment is only a short walk to the city center and Ortigia and was good value for money. The free breakfast at a local cafe/bar was lovely and a real bonus.

5 stars!! Wonderful Airbnb with everything you need. Beautifully furnished with a modern flair. Comfortable beds, cute terrace, modern kitchen with complimentary breakfast, coffee, juices, and Prosecco! Very quiet apartment even though it’s right around the corner from Piazza Duomo. I stay in airbnb's 70-110 nights per year. On this trip I'll stay about 55 nights, 32 of which were here. Laura responds VERY quickly to messages. Literally the fastest I've ever seen. The apartment is very clean with great high ceilings. We had a number of issues (not the host's fault) and Laura was flexible enough to work through them with me. I would stay here again.

Chez Fausta et Elio, on accède à un univers enchanteur. Ils sont éditeurs et nous font partager leur amour de la littérature. Leur appartement est à leur image : accueillant, lumineux. Les livres et la collection de machines à écrire donnent le ton pour un séjour très agréable. Et il ne faut pas oublier le petit déjeuner ! Nos hôtes ont à cœur de nous gâter avec une véritable dégustation de produits locaux, bios, délicieux.

We loved our stay at Tiziana's place! It was such a BEAUTIFUL property with lovely accommodations. Tiziana was super responsive and helpful and very accommodating of our schedule. We would recommend to anyone hoping to explore Siracusa (~20 minutes) or Catania (~20 minutes).

Roberto è stato da subito amichevole e ci ha fornito numerose indicazioni e consigli per trascorrere giorni indimenticabili. Roberto è una persona squisita, l'appartamento molto bello con vista mare, letto comodo, parcheggio privato, spiaggia di ciottoli nelle immediate vicinanze e colazione con vista mare. La camera è nuova, ben arredata e confortevole. Bagno molto ampio. Il letto potremmo azzardarci a dire che è migliore di quello di casa nostra. Host super simpatico, attento alle esigenze e pronto a dare consigli utili. Anche il bar per la colazione è super, la brioche con la ricotta non la scorderemo facilmente. Grazie mille, se dovessimo tornare a Siracusa sicuramente torneremo qui ad alloggiare.

Vielen Dank für alles! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Perfekte ruhige Klimaanlage zum Schlafen. Schönes, gepflegtes Badezimmer. Traumhafter Blick von der Dachterasse und leckeres Frühstück! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und versorgt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Super Lage am Ende der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Minuten zur Badestelle! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder… Ganz vielen herzlichen Dank an Simon!!!

Appartamento con una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione al mattino. Valentino e suo papà sono stati molto ospitali e disponibili. Ottima posizione.
