Beautiful place, in a strategic position, at a walking distance to a lovely beach (Pantanello's), perfect also for kids. Great staff, breakfast, cleanliness. We loved everything about our stay, in particular, the in-room services included in the price (complimentary drinkable water, coffee-making machine) and very much appreciated.

Mima, her husband and daughter were very welcoming hosts. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. There is always parking space in front of the house. They gave us amazing restaurants recommendations. The breakfast was very generous, Mima is a great cook. Very very recommended!

Rooms 201 , camera spaziosa con bagno grande e terrazzino privato . posizione ottimale a ridosso del centro di Noto ( circa 600 mt a piedi ) . cambio biancheria e pulizia in camera giornaliera. ricca colazione servita in terrazza . tutto molto bene .

Very generous airbnb in a renovated farm between the orange trees. We had a great holiday here and received every morning local breakfast. Very friendly hosts, and also beautiful wintersun during the whole week! Thanks a lot to the hosts! It was great to relax!

Das Apartment ist super gelegen und top sauber. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Obststand, um die Ecke ein Geschäft mit Delikatessen. Martina hat auch einen sehr late-check in ermöglicht. Und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Über Frühstück und Pool kann ich nichts sagen, weil wir zur restlichen Familie gefahren sind, die auch am Ort wohnten. Danke, Martina. (Milan und Paola)

Ich war in Syrakus für einen einwöchigen Sprachkurs. Die Unterkunft war super nah an der Sprachschule und ich habe mich sehr wohl bei Valerio gefühlt! Bis nach Ortigia rein läuft man ein bisschen (ca. 30 Min), aber auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft sind viele nette Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Ganz in der Nähe kann man außerdem wunderbar am Meer an der Steilküste spazieren und genießt einen traumhaften Ausblick! Valerio zudem ist ein super netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber - kann die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen!

Die Wohnung entspricht wirklich gut dem, was auf den Fotos dargestellt ist. Wir haben zu Zehnt eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht. Wir hatten das ganze Apartment für uns. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war sehr gut, es ist wirklich praktisch dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Besser als erwartet waren auch die Balkone, es gibt mehrere davon. Das Service war top, wir hatten immer neue Handtücher und gute Reinigung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht und es gab auch Salz und Gewürze. Die Küche ist sehr nett. Avola ist eine netter, ruhiger kleine Stadt die sich gut eignet, um von dort Unternehmungen zu starten. Gerne wieder!

Un luogo suggestivo immerso in agrumeto, ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge e le località più belle. La cortesia e la gentilezza della signora Maria ci ha accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno con i suoi meravigliosi consigli sui posti da vedere. Le ottime colazioni accompagnate dalle buonissime marmellate preparate da loro, e la simpatia e gentilezza di Giusy durante la colazione la mattina che facevano iniziare la giornata sempre col sorriso. Se saremo di nuovo d quelle parti, torneremo di sicuro...

Un posto veramente incantevole, super rilassante e accogliente. Camera e bagni super puliti, colazione abbondante ed il signore che ci ha servito la colazione super disponibile e simpaticissimo è stato un piacere scambiare delle chiacchiere con lui. Piscina gradevole ed ambiente molto piacevole. Lo consiglio ❤️

I proprietari ti fanno sentire coccolati, sembra di arrivare da qualcuno che già ti Sono stati così gentili da venirci a prendere alla stazione dei pullman e ci hanno fatto fare un tour veloce per vedere spiagge, fermate del pullman e ristoranti da loro consigliati. La posizione del B&B è comoda, tranquilla e perfetta per ogni tipo di viaggiatore. Le stanze hanno tutto il necessario, sono eleganti e moderne. La colazione molto buona. La gentilezza e cordialità dei proprietari è unica e difficile da trovare.

È la prima esperienza in assoluto che facciamo, mio marito ed io, con Airb&b e, per come ci siamo trovati in questa struttura, in futuro ve ne saranno certamente molte altre. Il giudizio decisamente positivo è legato all'ottima posizione, alla pulizia accursta dei locali, all'assistenza h/24 per qualsiasi necessità e, da ultimo ma non per importanza, dalla cortesia, efficienza, ospitalità e gradevolezza di conversazione di Roberto, che ringraziamo.

Tiziana s b & b is perfect, clean, well kept, nice and relaxing surroundings Although on a busy road it was not a problem. The breakfast is perfect and Tiziana very helpful and proactive. I recommend it for staying while visiting the area.

Ottimo alloggio nei pressi di Siracusa (solo 15 minuti in macchina fino al parco archeologico). Totalmente decorato con richiami alla Sicilia con uno splendido risultato estetico. Stanza ben arredata con un ampio balcone e curata nei minimi dettagli, compresi i kit di cortesia, i dolcini di benvenuto sui comodini e il frigo con bottigliette d'acqua e succhi di frutta. Pulizia impeccabile. Compresa nel prezzo abbondante colazione self-service con ampia scelta. Proprietaria molto disponibile e simpatica, ci ha descritto puntualmente tutti i servizi della struttura. Consigliatissimo!

B&B semplice ma azzeccato sostanzialmente in tutti i suoi particolari. Accoglienti, precisi e attenti.

The place is in a good location, close to Ortigia and with many things to do around. The room is big, clean, with a nice small balcony and view over the lovely streets. Anna was really nice and welcoming and helpful with everything and made us feel like home. We really appreciated everything she did for us and highly recommend her!

Avevo già intuito dalle foto che le stanze fossero nuove e pulite, di presenza mi hanno proprio stupito per la perfezione e i dettagli, alloggio super consigliato e l’host (Andrea) super disponibile per qualsiasi informazione sin dal momento della prenotazione. Sicuramente lo terrò in considerazione per altri week end futuri in zona 🥰

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppina’s place! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walking to Ortigia. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, and we could also play pool in the common area :). Last but not least, we got a delicious breakfast just across the street which was a nice surprise from the owner :). Highly recommend it!

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit bei Alessandra und Paolo (ihrem Mann) - waren immer nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. :) Der Garten lädt zum entspannen und relaxen ein und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir können das B&B bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

One of the best accommodations I've stayed in. The hosts are wonderful, the accommodation is dreamy, clean and beautiful, we felt extraordinary. The coffee was exceptional as was the breakfast. We felt very good. Thank you Rosetta and Sebastian for everything. We recommend 100%

La propriété est très belle et bien entretenue. C’est un petit paradis ! La vue de la terrasse est incroyable!! La tiny House est très mignonne et très propre. Il y a du café à disposition. Mauro propose également un petit déjeuner fais maison avec ses produits mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter. En résumé, propriétaire très accueillant et très sympathique, logement impeccable et vue magnifique. Je recommande vivement !!
