Holiday rentals with beach access in Isla Verde Beach

We thought it was a perfect spot for a couples weekend getaway. would definitely use again and I have already recommended it to several of my coworkers.

Veronica is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. Helped us with a last minute request we had. The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The location was perfect—close to everything you could need, with plenty of restaurants lining the strip and so many activities within a short 15-minute drive. The amenities were top-notch, covering everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

If you’re thinking about booking this place - do it now!! Literally just as described, incredible ocean views and so close to the airport. So many fun things to do around and old San Juan is a 15 minute ride. Janisse is so sweet and answered any questions I had quickly. The check in is a bit tricky but follow the instructions she posted. I love that we were able to walk to the beach, and there are beach towels and umbrellas. Such a cute and cozy space.

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems, he was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work, he had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is. I brought my two grown children and husband to Old San Juan for the first time as a graduation/50th birthday (respectively) and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The open air kitchen and living areas were surprisingly cool with the breeze coming off the ocean only a couple blocks away. The location was perfect, close to the forts and restaurants. All in all, just amazing. I highly recommend booking this AirBnB.

Kathleen and Hector’s home was absolutely wonderful — spacious, clean, and in a great location. They were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future. If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. What a great place! From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out, Arturo communicated with us every step of the way, providing us with very clear instructions on how to access the condo, activity recommendations, even where to find essentials at the local grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and incredibly secure, with 24/7 security. It met all of our needs and matches the pictures exactly. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again, I'll absolutely check for availability here. Thank you Arturo for making our first trip that much more enjoyable!

Mari’s place was perfect for my long weekend getaway! It is literally steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony is beautiful to wake up to. There was a good supply of towels and beach towels which was really nice! Mari also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helpful info about checking in and the area in general. The apartment was also clean and tidy, perfect for 1-2 people. Thanks Mari!

It was amazing close to a lot of places. Very comfortable and clean.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

Great place! It has a beautiful view and it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are absolutely phenomenal and very responsive. Definitely worth it, don’t hesitate booking!
