With our unique location on the Isthmus of Isla Colón. we enjoy nice sea breezes from both sides of the Caribbean and breathtaking views especially during sunrise and sunset (see pictures). We are a 60 cent taxi ride or 5 minute bike ride from all downtown attractions and just enough out of town enjoy the serenity.

Off-grid on a knoll above the bay on Solarte Island, with Bocas Town five minutes by boat from our dock. Casita on the Knoll is a solar-powered eco cabin for two travellers who want a relaxing stay — rainforest, reefs and real quiet, without being cut off. Wake to hummingbirds and parrots, take a kayak off our dock, snorkel a coral wall before lunch, and still make a video call before dinner. A private studio: full kitchen, hot-water shower, and a wide west-facing deck built for the sunset.

We're around 5 minutes from the beach, where you can find world class surfing and great food, and we're roughly 10 minutes from Bocas by taxi. You can sit back and relax, or you can explore the beautiful island to your hearts content.
