very good accommodation, only on the front door there was an ants nest but out there.. everything was great and the hostess was very attentive to the stay.

It has a great location, easy access to the beach and very close to the bus stop to the Antros area and other beaches. We found the place clean and Ronen's instructions were very clear on arrival, I would definitely come back

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alana's listing. The condo is clutter-free and well-maintained. Right next to the building, there’s a fantastic vegan restaurant that attracts an international crowd, as well as the Cancún Music Institute, adding a vibrant cultural touch to the area. Just half a mile away, you'll find Nader Street, a lively spot with outstanding authentic restaurants and salsa clubs—perfect for food lovers and nightlife enthusiasts. The condo itself has great air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay, though there’s no TV. But who comes to Cancún to watch TV anyway? I’m sure future guests will appreciate their time at this wonderful condo. Thanks, Alana, and much love to the amazing people of Mexico!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

The apartment is true to the photos, very comfortable, nice, well decorated, quiet. The only note, would be the lack of cooking utensils: more pots and pans and other utensils would be desirable. Great location, but you'll need to know that you'll need to get around by Uber (or other) to get around.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

Norma is an excellent host, always attentive to my inquiries, recommended places to eat, supermarkets and transportation routes. We were also dealt with a very quick technical issue. The condominium where the apartment is located is super quiet, family and has easy access to the beach, which is very nice, clean and quiet. Everything was excellent, it exceeded my expectations.

We really loved the location. We spent a lot of time on the waterfront patio. It has lovely flowers and palm trees surrounding it. The location is amazing for a few reasons. It has great restaurants near by. It is out of the noisy and busy town, but only took us 10 minutes to walk to town and 15 minutes to the famous north beach. Or you can take a cab fir 100 peso. The kitchen is well stocked with enough for two. It has lots of utensils and pots and pans. We used the supplied kayaks one of the days. We ate on the patio but there is a small table inside. We really enjoys the dog that shared the patio. The patio faces North and gets amazing sunsets. From the assessable roof you can see the sunrise and the ocean to the east. He was very quiet and sweet. There is a pharmacy and mini mart just steps away. A big grocery store is 20 minute walk south or a 100 peso cab ride.

The apartment is located perfectly in central near everything. it's beautiful. it has a balcony. everything is electric. the host was incredibly nice and communicated well. Definitely worth staying there.

Beautiful 3 1/2 apartment. Fully equipped. More suburban, away from the crowds and noise of the hotel zone. Several bus options and Uber hyper easy to get around. Several restaurants nearby. Sabrozzi's for pizza is excellent! Our host Gabriela was very attentive and always available. Always ready to help. Very good stay, thank you Gabriela!

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

Alba would reply all messages very quickly and very attentive! The site when we opened was even smelling of cleaning product, super clean!! The place is quite peaceful and quiet.

If I could, I would give 10 stars! Definitely a place I would come back to. The hosts were incredible nice and supportive. Even though it wouldn't have been necessary, they bought a new coffee maker the same day I asked about it! This is what it means going the extra mile for your guests! You also get some water upon arrival which is very welcomed after a long flight. The communication with the hosts was always instant via a Groupchat. They checked in with me a few times to make sure I have everything I need. The place is safe and I loved the local food restaurants all around. Thank you Liliana and Lolgi for everything. You are really super hosts🙏😊

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

Clean, location,trankilo,good attention

A great apartment in a quiet beautiful area of Cancún. The car can be left directly in front of the door without any problems. You are close to all untouristy and very tasty Mexican restaurants. The apartment is great and perfect for living, it has everything you need! Especially the roof terrace is great. The communication with Leonard was very quick, friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime. 💯 Recommendation! Thanks!!
