Overall Sotavento #107 is a Very nice place to stay. We highly recommend staying there. The pool is nice and clean and right outside the sliding glass door of the suite is a definite plus. Rent a golf cart to get around the island if you want to explore. Watching the sunrise and sunset at Punta Sur is an experience for sure. Thank you Sharon & Cesar for an incredibly memorable stay.

This property was great. It was safe, clean, spacious and my family was very comfortable. It’s also in a great location with great views. We would highly recommend.

This AirBnB was absolutely amazing and was so close to food, the ferry, the beach, and everything we could ever want. It was so comfortable and clean and the AC worked so well after a long hot day at the beach. Fany was helpful and accommodating, and I will definitely be looking to book with her again. I just don’t have enough good words to say about this place, it was everything we could have ever wished for.

Awesome experience. Marco made sure my mom’s birthday vacation was special and even had a special birthday breakfast prepared in house for my mom, complete with cooking/cleaning and decorations.

We LOVED our stay at Lazy Iguana! Thx to the hosts and Andrea for all the great communication. The place was even better than described, peaceful and with great amenities. We had access to the pools, restaurant on site and bar. The location and the views were amazing, we could get a cab within 5 minutes if we needed, even though we had a golf cart. Peaceful, did I say it again? And perfect spot with great views and quick access to both the North and South parts of the island. We loved that we could go anywhere within a few minutes and come back and relax whenever we wanted to. Thanks for everything! Would recommend this place to all my friends and family and we may come back in the future without hesitation.

My wife and I stayed at Erika's place for a week and liked it. It has a great view of the Caribbean ocean, a nice pool, a large flat screen TV, the air conditioning worked great, the king bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower was modern with ample hot water. A couple of mornings we sat on the outdoor balcony, watched the sun rise over the ocean, sipped coffee and watched the frigate birds soar effortlessly above. Erika's place is just a few steps away from the Isla village retail area where there's a coffee shop, Aurora cafe (very good rice bowls), and an excellent spa - DZA-KAN-HA. I got the best 60 minute deep tissue massage I've had in years from Jayson. The Mango Cafe which serves an excellent breakfast is within walking distance. The condo sits along the island perimeter road. We heard some scooters and taxis occasionally but it never bothered us. The condo's mid-island location is convenient for trips to Playa Norte or Punta Sur. We recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment was beautiful with a STUNNING view ! Wow ! Central AC, the biggest infinity pool I’ve ever seen ! Simply perfection.

everything was perfect just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean is as described. very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I stop by

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, there is an Oxxo very close and it is very close to the hotel area and the railway exits if you plan to go out to Isla Mujeres. The area is quiet and the apartment is very well kept, everything works and complies with what is indicated. The manager was always on the lookout for any issues. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more tupperware or refractory containers for cooking.

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Amazing place in the center. Had everything I needed.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

the apartment is very nice (it matches the photographs 100%), it has all the amenities that are required in a home, so we didn't have to worry about anything, other than enjoying ourselves. The pools are beautiful, clean and at the right temperature for swimming, and there are nice palapas for those who don't want to swim. And as for the service received, it was very good, as they are always attentive to our needs and questions. They really make you feel right at home. Recommended in 100

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Isla Mujeres. The apartment is very comfortable and very nice. We enjoyed having breakfast every day on the terrace with a beautiful ocean view and were able to rest deeply in the evenings. Would definitely be back.

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

Need help finding the place and there are a LOT of stairs. Beds aren’t great and no coffee. But man - literally not a better location on the island and the place is huge with very comfortable space for a couple plus two other real beds. If price isn’t an issue for you, you can’t pick a better place and a more helpful host!
