Incredible Condo in the heart of Downtown 003

Our condo is within walking distance of the white sands and turquoise waters of North Beach and Hidalgo Street (Isla's main street filled with restaurants, cafes, live music, shops, and bars) Our condo boasts a full kitchen, living and dining area, plush king-sized bed, TV including Netflix and a beautiful pool with lounge chairs right outside the front door. A fresh fruit juice shop and delicious breakfast cafe sits right outside and more than a dozen other dining choices are within a block.

3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury beach front home located right on the Caribbean on Isla Mujeres. At Magi Azul Caribe Beach House atmosphere is everything. Massive wood beams, stone floors and rock walls make this Moroccan/Caribe Beach House a one -of-a-kind vacation experience. It is indoor/outdoor living at its finest with the living area and kitchen opening to the garden patio and pool. All three bedrooms w A/C face the ocean and have terraces or balconies to enjoy the breeze off the ocean.

Sol Dorado 2 is just a 5-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry terminal. This simple second-floor studio includes: • A double bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV (only access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.) • A private bathroom (no door) with hot water (20L capacity) • A kitchenette with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • A small safe box for your valuables The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Marcelina, our housekeeper, is also around and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.

It was my grandparents' and my mother's house, now I'm the one who enjoys it and I love sharing this little corner with you. I'm a local on the island, and I assure you that I'll make you feel welcome and at home. Enjoy this corner one street from Playa Norte. The island can sometimes be very quiet, and other times very cheerful. But I assure you that it is in an ideal location to get to know the island. With the scorching summer heat, you won't need a taxi, bus, or rental car.
