From the beginning, Miriam was aware of our arrival, and gave us all the necessary information. The area where it is located is very private and quiet Everything was as advertised It's very nice that they pick you up at the airport and the welcome meal, as well as the cleaning service every third day. Miriam was always attentive during our stay. We hope to return soon.

Super mega recommended, it's the second time I've stayed at this place. You have access to a private beach pool and the best, access to a restaurant and buffet breakfast. When you leave, you walk 10 minutes to the Chedraui and it's a journey that you enjoy a lot when walking. It's the ideal place if you go as a family, a super safe area in the middle of the hotel area and a super beautiful blue beach. You don't walk more than 50 steps from the pool to the beach. The best hosts, super attentive and reliable, even helped me with my return transport, the place is impeccable, it has air conditioning, super good size TVs, super comfortable beds, if you are reading this, book with them, they are the best, it's not for nothing that this is my second time booking and you save extra expenses of moving to beaches, here you have everything.

Great place to stay, Frankie explained the rules of both the Hotel and the condominium and the activities that take place in this place very well. I would definitely stay there again as they have an ideal Waterpark for children and the hotel gives you the facility of an all inclusive for day in case you already have other activities on your agenda (highly recommended). the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

This place was really well put together and Alejandro communicated really well with us 15 mins from to hotel zone and 23 mins from the airport It was convenient and not pricey around us unless you were in the hotel zone Helping us out with anything we needed Probably one of the easiest places I have done in the rules and listings Would definitely come back! Place was beautiful Just needed some minor cleaning but other than that it was clean for the most part! We want to say thank you for everything! Would definitely recommend this place

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only complaint is that there was a coffee maker but no coffee, otherwise everything is wonderful.

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.

I had a great and relaxing time at Carla's apartment. Great view, full kitchen, big balcony, meters away from the mall and big supermarket. Carla is a great host.

Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

Great place to stay quite and peaceful

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

We only stayed one night. The accommodation is very good, in good condition, all the utensils in good condition, without unpleasant odors or things like that.

I wasn't warned of Mrs. marlen, or they would give breakfast... And she needs 1 parking space.

Nice big house to accommodate our group of 19 people. Closer to the airport. Nice neighborhood.
