The Lodge, sits perfectly with the Old Guildhall, built in 1429 with its wealth of history, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The iconic seaside town of Southwold is less than 10 minutes drive away. The local village with a deli, several small shops and public houses is within walking distance, so too is the beach. Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

Set in a tranquil area of Suffolk, Carlton Meres Holiday Park, with well stocked fishing lakes, and lots of amenities close by, we offer central heating, double glazing, deck, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, with an indoor and outdoor pools close by in the park, with a restaurant, mini golf, close to supermarkets. The coast of Suffolk is rich in wildlife, beaches, picturesque villages and historical destinations. Some ameneties are provided by the park, could be an extra cost.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Perfect for couples and friends, unfortunately not suitable for children / infants. During your stay, you will have full private use (pre-booking required) of a fully-equipped wellness center and hydropool (3 hr private session included for each day of your stay) Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", only 4 miles away from the beach (Mersea Island) where you can take nice long walks along the coastline. 1 bedroom, en suite, lounge/dining and kitchen.

Lakeside Lodge is a superb holiday property in Carlton Meres Country Park, Saxmundham in Suffolk. The spacious, open plan and very well-equipped lodge has uninterrupted views of the lake and offers a high standard of accommodation for up to four people in two en-suite bedrooms designed with relaxation in mind. There is a fantastic wrap-around deck where you can sit and watch the ducks swimming in the sunshine. The lodge has free WiFi and access to Netflix. Off-street parking.

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Relax from the moment you turn into our hedge lined drive. Rectory Cottage is set on our 3 acre property in rural Suffolk farmland. You will be staying in a two bed cottage with kitchen & lounge. A section of our garden is available. Conveniently situated between A11 & A14; easy access to tourist hotspots including Bury St Eds, Newmarket, Ely, Cambridge and Thetford. With a wealth of walks locally, the nearby Cavenham Heath is a must for nature lovers.
