The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

We loved our stay in Makati! The unit was very clean, exactly as described with amazing city views. The hosts Brian, Jacqueline and Fely were responsive, made the check in process easy, and super helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home. It was nice staying at Jonas’ place. He was very responsive to my queries which is why it was easy for me choose his place for my stay. The place itself is very presentable and clean. It was also easy to find since it’s just near the elevators. With its location, I worried it will be noisy at night since people may be heard from the hallways but surprisingly, it was peaceful. My only recommendation is to install a double lock, for additional safety given again that it is near the elevators. Overall, it is worth every penny. I will choose this place again if I ever come back to Manila. Thank you!
