The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

This apartment is a great place to stay in one of the most interesting and varied part of traditional Manila. The room were is impeccably clean and uncluttered, the A/C was excellent, housekeeping was very thorough, and utilities and large TV was great with super fast internet. Its conveniently placed right above a high quality shopping mall and near all major Manila landmarks like Intromurous, museums, Rizal park, Bay Area etc. There are some good fast food restaurants and 7 eleven located near for quick bite/purchases. The rail-line is also just a 15 minute walking distance away. Definitely recommended for couples who want to be at the centre of true Manila life!

Ma Stella and Anthony were great hosts and very responsive. The condo is a comforting place with beautiful interior design. I love how many mirrors and power sockets it had. our aircon remote was swapped in the bunk bed room so we thought it wasn't cold, but when we use the master room remote the aircon worked just fine. Ma Stella was very accommodating with early check in and whenever we had any issues she is quick to respond. We bought a gallon of water for only 40-45 pesos and it lasted our stay for 4 days. Many ants so be sure to clean up quickly. the condo had all amenities required for a self contained stay and I appreciated the use of the iron. extra towels and blankets were provided for our longer stay which we appreciated. it was an easy walk to SM mall just crossing the street just be aware that due to the busy location near the mall, Grab is very hard to get during peak hours. Sometimes we had to resort to traditional Taxi or other modes of transport like Turtle car

I had an amazing experience staying at Home Hustler’s place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to SM Manila and Intramuros (our school) yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with Ma’am Cherry was smooth and prompt. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Metro Manila.

Wouldn’t have thought a cute place like this was tucked at the end of a hallway. It was a bit tricky to find when I first arrived, but that didn’t matter because Ms. Diane’s place was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like a hotel but still homey at the same time. She was an amazing host and always responded quickly to our messages. The room had a great view. Enjoyed watching the sunrise by the sofa bed :) The building was spacious and had beautiful greenery where we could take a short walk. The location was also convenient with a nearby mall for some groceries and quick bites. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d love to stay for a longer time when I visit again. The place was spotless. We felt like it was our second home. The utensils you need for cooking and eating are complete. We had a goodnight sleep because the place is very quiet. Will surely return someday, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay very near to everything. Place is very clean and very modern. I love the place.

The place is nice and beautiful in person! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. There some things I want to suggest, tho. - More Floormats as the floor becomes so slippery when get wet. - Instead of thin linen, invest of having bigger and thicker "kumot" for comfort when sleeping. - Black Towels are highly advisable. The towels look old and used for years already. - Wood Kitchen utensils instead of plastic. There were stains. Overall, the place is cozy and great for its price. The host and co-host are responsive. 🤍

Andrew and his cohosts were very responsive to all request/ questions I had. We loved his place, probably my favorite place we stayed at in the Philippines (we stayed at 4 places). It’s very spacious for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Walkable to many restaurants and malls. We walked to a new coffee shops every morning. And so easy to take grab every day. Center of many places which was one of the main reason I booked it. The only thing I would note would probably to update the leather couch in the living room as it’s not fully intact anymore and pokes at our thighs when sitting down. Maybe better to have an L style couch to utilize the space and provide more seating. Also would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here and the pool areas were also very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
