How often do you get to stay in the home of an artist? Jürg made an ordinary house into a work of art. His creativity transformed every, floor, wall and ceiling with color, stones, art and details that were fun to discover and notice all week long. Staying at Casa Toscana was a unique and memorable experience. Most enjoyable was the covered patio with fire place so that we could cook and eat outside every night the weather was nice.

Can’t ask for anything better or more, It was magical stay for our family, my children loved the garden, the views are breathtaking, we stayed for a week and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you Andrea Jurban’s family

Daniel’s chalet is gorgeous, perfect for a chill weekend with family and friends to enjoy nature and peace. The house brings you back in time, making you enjoy slowing down :) Daniel and Sylvie were very helpful in giving us tips and instructions and were always available to help us out. The place is really great! Very clean and private and walkable distance to the train station. The WiFi is fast. The host is super nice and friendly. Always responsive and gave us a lot of useful suggestions. Even gave us a piece of cheese made from their own farm! I would recommend this place to all!

Living the live and Ncolas’ place! We spent 5 days in this beautiful house that leaves NO wishes open. On top of that, Nicolas is very friendly and always responsive and helpful. We will come back next year!

This Abnb and family were wonderful! They were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay great. The furnishings were superb and everything was so clean. The scenic views were incredible.

The location was perfect. The house is located in a more residential, quiet area, far from more touristy locations but good walking distance from train and buses, with a stunning view on the mountains from the balcony. Although some parts of the house are showing their age (ie bathroom), it was comfortable and functional. I would highly recommend.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

Judith's home feels like home!Clean and warm.My parents are living happily.There are farms nearby with cows and chickens, the neighbour's little orange cat runs into the garden, and I borrowed Judith's bike to go around the neighbourhood.Very special experiences

It was a good location with good accessibility on foot from Interlaken Station, and the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean, and it was a large enough space for a family of 4 to stay, so we had a satisfying stay.

This place was beautiful! It’s such a peaceful spot with amazing views of the lake and quite accessible to lots to do (assuming you have a car). Everything was very clean and it felt brand new. The amenities were great, there was even a washer/dryer! Everything is automated - lights, AC, blinds. For Europe, having AC in the summer is a must and was really important to us, so we were glad that it worked seamlessly. Riad was also a great host, communicated very well and responded promptly.

Thank you Bruno giving me a great house for staying a week. The actual environment is same as the description photos. All clean, full provide bath essentials & kitchenware, easy walk to the train station & supermarket & ferry port. Lovely to living here. ❤️

Grindelwald Main Street, it's just a short walk from the station. The location is really nice and the room is much wider than the picture. The wide field that can be seen through the window is nice because it is a place that only guests can use. There are chairs and tables in the yard, and you can feel that it's a loving accommodation of the host. The faucet and tiles in the bathroom were beautiful:) I want to use this friendly place again next time.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this cabin is perfect! It’s cozy, secluded, and ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. Janis provided detailed instructions, which were crucial since we arrived at night in thick fog. (Make sure to use Google Maps, as Waze led us down paths not meant for cars causing us to turn around in sketchy conditions.) The welcome basket was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and at home. The cabin’s simplicity was just what we needed—no distractions, just the beauty of nature all around. It’s well-equipped, but if you’re visiting in cooler weather, knowing how to make a fire is important to stay warm. The surrounding area is great for hiking or relaxing with a book, and the breathtaking views made the stay unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and more connected to nature. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil experience!

We loved the place! The host thought of everything. There were even games for the kids. The air conditioning felt amazing after a day in the sun.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The location is very beautiful. You can hear the cow bells as you sit outside. Peter was very nice and told us about all the activities near by. We would definitely recommend this beautiful stay!

In a quiet location, with appropriate privacy. Well suited to spend a few quiet days in simple conditions. Wood is more than enough and the hot water is sufficient for showering and washing. The access is somewhat hidden and more suitable for off-road vehicles with some ground clearance, but you can park directly in front of the hut. Barbara and Bernhard respond very quickly to enquiries and in my case always answered them within 15-60 minutes. Arrival by public transport is also possible, 5-10 minutes away there is a bus stop (PostBus). All in all a recommended place to stay.

Nice location, close to the beautiful waterfall. Easy to check in and the place is clean, cozy.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at this Chalet very much. Honestly, it was tiring to drag our luggage on the steep hill on our first day, but as soon as we entered the Chalet, we felt right at home! We took the local bus 123, which comes every hour. With a Grindelwald guest pass, local buses are free. We didn’t know it was free, so we paid each time. So please take advantage and make sure to check out the bus schedule ahead of time to plan your day. The bed was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The kitchen was well cleaned and maintained, although some items need to be replenished or updated. There is a fondue pot and we had a fodue dinner one evening, which was fun! Please note there is no microwave. I turned on the oven at the lowest setting, turned off, then heated food from residual heat.The bathroom was clean too with good water pressure. We appreciated a hair dryer. Surrounded by the Grindelwald’s beautiful mountains, the Chalet is a true gem! We will stay again?

It was a wonderful time at this accommodation. The host made it even more comfortable through his speedy communication. The location is simply breathtaking and a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house is very nicely decorated and every small details is thought of, that you see only in architecture magazines. To be honest it is a truly hidden gem. I strongly recommend staying at this accommodation and encourage you to be mindful to the effort of the host. This and accommodation like this is the reason why I love Airbnb.

One of the absolute best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. Brienz itself is so beautiful and is close to many other great areas to see such as Jungfrau, Interlaken and Giessbach Falls, but this accommodation made our stay sublime. Jacqueline was extremely responsive as a host and went above and beyond to help with taxi services and even a pair of misplaced spectacles. The house was spacious with a spectacular view and was extremely well set up with everything you might need. There was even a welcome basket of goodies as a special touch which was so welcome. I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. None of us (6 adults and one 18-month-old) wanted to leave.

We had a wonderful stay with Isabelle and Heinz in their beautiful house in the Emmental. We enjoyed the tranquility and the view. Bern (!) and Burgdorf (Franz-Gertsch-Museum) were very worthwhile. Climbing the Napf is also recommended. Thank you Isabelle and Heinz for your hospitality and the good care! We hope to return soon.
