The apartment has amazing sea views and overlooks Instow beach and across the estuary to Appledore.

It is a 15 minute walk to Instow beach which is dog friendly along with all the pubs and restaurants on the front. It is a 10 minute walk to the Tarka trail and Barnstaple and Bideford are both easily accessible by car in 15 minutes.
