Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Innerleithen

What can we say? Ceilidh (and Ada) are the best superhosts we stay with. This was our 2nd visit and our honeymoon, travelling from Gretna Green in the morning. She made our very special weekend even more so, attention to detail goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend and anytime we are visiting Edinburgh we will always try and reserve Ceilidh’s place.

Perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Walkable location from the train station and to all the major attractions. Lovely apartment. Very quiet despite being so close to the city sites. Veronique lives nearby and was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was well-supplied with fresh items, and not with leftovers from previous renters. So nice upon arrival to see fresh milk, butter, eggs, bread, juice, yogurt, and a full supply of condiments. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Two nearby restaurants we'd recommend are an Italian restaurant called Amerone, and a French one called Chez Jules. Both excellent and reasonably priced. Busy, so booking ahead is recommended. We used a private driving service, LR Executive, for a day trip out to the highlands. Very expensive, but it was a great way to see the area and do some hiking. They allowed us to plan our own journey and stops. Ask for Andy--a great guide and driver.

Charles and Jane were excellent hosts. The apartment is in the basement of the house, but was not a problem to access down to, even for our dogs. The croissants and home made jam were a lovely touch. All in all a lovely stay, although brief. We certainly would stay again if in the area.

Great stay at a prime location in the heart of old town. We loved being able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Edinburgh.

We stayed at Piers's place as an overnight stop on going further North. Despite seeing the pictures on the listing we were amazed at the beauty and sheer size of the apartment; the high decorated ceilings, original wooden panelling, gorgeous oriental rugs & tapestries, pictures and artefacts from many different countries, plus a modern and extremely well equipped kitchen. I have never had a choice of 4 different ways to make coffee before! I chose the delongi which was perfect. A truly wonderful experience.. highly recommended!

L appartamento è ampio e spazioso, molto pulito, ha tutto il necessario , la cucina è ben allestita, il secondo bagno un po’ piccolo ma complessivamente una casa molto accogliente in una zona residenziale estremamente tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere velocemente ogni parte della città.la mia valutazione e assolutamente positiva!

Would happily recommend and visit again, the facilities provided were excellent! Communication with the hosts was clear and quick, no problem at all. We brought food with us based on the description and had no problem with the Aga. The heating and WiFi was perfect. Loved having the use of the terrace and garden! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thanks for having us.

We stayed the last four nights of our stay in Scotland at Lorne and Frank’s place and it was a great way to finish off our trip. Their home was absolutely gorgeous and they were great hosts. The one thing that my wife and I commented on over and over again was how comfy the bed was. We loved our stay in Stockbridge which is such a lovely and vibrant neighbourhood and this unit was such a great home base for all our adventurers. There are lots of pubs, restaurants and shopping nearby and city centre is very walkable from this location. There are also lots of bus stops you can walk to quickly to get you to just about anywhere you want to go.

My friends and I enjoyed a great stay at Di’s place. She was an excellent host - from booking through to check out - and offers a very well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious place to stay in a lovely part of Edinburgh. The beds are comfy, the decor is tasteful and lighting has been well thought-out. And there’s a lovely garden too. We found it a very pleasant and peaceful place to return to after exploring Edinburgh. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and shops a couple of minutes walk away - and it is a nice walk into the centre of the city and out to Arthur’s Seat. I highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you Di!

we had a great couple of nights stay, daughter suffers with anxiety and austim, so it was nice and peaceful. time for me to just relax. weather was great so big bonus as got to sit in garden and chill

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

The view from the bedroom was lovely and peaceful. This adorable space was perfect for what I needed, and Tracey was wonderful in her clear descriptions of how to find it, how to get in, even how to change the heat & run the shower. Easy but not very obvious - but with her messages & on-site printed descriptions everything WAS easy! Also the towels were luxuriously thick and warm, the bed was comfy, oh and lots of local travel info in the living room. Would absolutely stay there again!

The location was perfect. It was in the less crowded west end area and less than a block to the bus stop (which we highly recommend figuring out the system so you can get around quicker). However, you can also walk to old town in 15-20 minutes time. There are many good restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The attached garage was an awesome perk since this was a stop for us in our long road trip.

We had a wonderfull stay in this almost like new house. Highly recommanded!

This, by far, is the best stay I have visited. Marie is the perfect host, communicated in an exceptional manner, and provided the loveliest place to centre our stay in Edinburgh. From check in to check out, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well situated. Buses were frequent to go anywhere we needed and the accommodation was a welcome resting place after a long day of exploring. I have stayed many places but Marie's provided both the necessities and little extras that made this a fondly remembered experience rather than just a place to lay my head. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to visit and will be recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit in the future.

absolutely perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. needed a quiet place to be with our infant yet close to all the activities and it totally hit the spot. you'd never believe you were so close to central Edinburgh whilst in this quiet little haven. amazing to have safe parking that you didn't need to worry about. Beautiful apartment and very simple check in and check out which helped decrease stress! can't recommend it enough !

Thomas was a great host and his apartment is how it's described. Really good space, clean and very comfy with lovely views over the country side. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay in Prestonpans. Visiting Edinburgh for the marathon this location was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and Georgi & Yoanna were so great - providing us with helpful information in advance and really paying attention to our needs and interests. We couldn’t have asked for better.

We had a great stay at Fiona's apartment. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it was in a great location just off the Royal Mile and close to lots of lots of attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Christine was very accommodating and an excellent host. The location was phenomenal and we had milk for tea! Highly recommend.

Hidden gem. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful, being situated in the middle of the park (yet still in town). Lovely home, spacious. Host is super responsive to questions. Easy walk to a pub for some great food and drinks.

This place far exceeded our expectations!!! One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed out. The comfort of the home is amazing and the decor is fun yet homie, yet the architecture was left to amaze and was well preserved. Felt like home right away. The location was great and was an easy walk to the Royal mile and everything else nearby. If returning to Edinburgh I’m booking here again.

We spent two nights at The Butler's Basement for my husband's birthday and it was an ideal base. We did have an issue getting in as the lockbox didn't work, but her son came down and resolved the issue. The apartment was very clean and in a great area - some lovely bars and restaurants that we preferred to spend time in, more than the busier side of Edinburgh. Gemma was very responsive to my messages and we also had a bottle of fizz in the fridge as well as some short bread and chocolate. It might be an idea to put a small bottle of milk in the fridge, as we did have tea and coffee provided but didn't want to buy a whole pint of milk to make a couple of drinks. However it certainly wasn't an issue that would stop us staying again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement était impeccable, très confortable, et hyper bien équipé ! En plus, l’arrêt de bus est juste à côté et c’est direct pour aller au centre ville. C’est vraiment très pratique. Merci à Kornelia pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons absolument ce logement ! 👍 🙂
