Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Inner West Council

Peter, Cheryl’s husband, personally welcomed us at check-in and gave a quick, informative tour; such a gentleman! The apartment and the neighborhood exceeded our expectations. Everything inside - from the furniture and appliances to the bedding, pillows, and towels - was of good quality. We truly felt at home. The building and location are ideal for families. One pleasant surprise was the indoor pool and gym, which weren’t shown in the listing photos. Our kids loved swimming on a chilly, foggy day - the water was clean and warm! Despite being so close to the CBD, the neighborhood was incredibly peaceful with very little noise. A perfect stay all around!

We just stayed 5 nights with Justin and John and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Airbnb. It’s in a lovely street and suburb - with lots of interesting buildings. Easy access to public transport. You can see the water from the back garden. Very generous hosts who left all the essentials plus lots of treats. The studio is clean and comfortable with oodles of charm. Justin and John were very kind and helpful with suggestions, recommendations and offers of assistance. We hope to return for another holiday.

We loved our stay at Vanessa’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We found plenty of nice places at walking distances to have our meals but if we had decided to cook our meals there, the kitchen and everything in it would have been excellent to use.

The apartment is in a great location for transport to the city and The Tramsheds and Newtown easily walkable. It was good to have access to the gym and pool. Communication with Clearly was easy and she responded swiftly. We would definitely stay here again.

Frank’s place is a very well designed studio apartment. There’s good storage for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa is comfortable as is the bed. There’s a washer/dryer, iron and soap powder etc which means not having to schlepp to a supermarket. Frank was very helpful explaining how to check in. There’s buses at the doorstep and two stations within easy walking distance. You can’t hear the traffic from busy King St but the area is on the airport flight path. I’m a very light sleeper and wasn’t fussed by this at all. Noting a curfew is in place between 11pm and 6am. There’s also a small balcony and seating out there. Highly recommended.

Allan's apartment was a brilliant place to stay in Syndey. The location by St. Peter's meant we had easy access to transport options, we were also super close to Sydney Park and all the awesome restaurants/shops (and sooo many amazing coffee shops) in Newtown. The apartment was super clean and a great space - the bed was also very comfy. Allan was so lovely to communicate with and really helpful. I'd definitely recommend the apartment.

Great location and lovely apartment and view. Bit of noise at night but that’s what you get when on the main street. Walking distance to lots a restaurants, shops and cafes and a short uber, bus or ferry to the city. Woolworths walking distance and bakery on ground floor

We had a lovely stay at Dyvia’s place. The location is prime. A couple of steps to Ashfield Station. Very close to shops and restaurants. The place was impeccable. Perfect for 2 people, spacious with lots of natural light. The inside laundry and 2 bathrooms are super convenient. Dyvia was extremely kind, caring and responsive. We stayed there for 3 months and she was always very accommodating to our needs. I strongly recommend this place!

My young family stayed here on a holiday to visit friends and we were very impressed by this home! Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Had everything you need! So close to the tramsheds, playgrounds and a good location to get around the city. Antonio was a great host and we would definitely recommend staying here.

We were very comfortable in Melinda’s house. All was as described and more. Everything needed to self-cater was there, and Melinda had left supplies and treats to ensure we were able to move in and immediately feel at home. We found the house to be modern, well appointed, secure, spotlessly clean and with very comfortable bedding. We loved the proximity to great cafes, pubs, supermarkets and the train station, and yet the area was peaceful and quiet. The area is very walkable, so we didn’t need our car. Finding suitable nearby parking for the duration of our stay was simple. Melinda provided clear and timely advice on location/access, and was responsive and clear in communication during our stay. It was clear that Melinda takes care to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. Thank you Melinda, you are a terrific host.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Balmain townhouse. The views of the Harbour Bridge and city skyline were beautiful, especially at night with the lights and occasional fireworks. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Both bedrooms are spacious with great views, blockout blinds, comfortable beds and tons of wardrobe space. The kitchen was very well equipped and having a separate office space was a big plus as we needed to work remotely for a few days. The private courtyard was a highlight, perfect for our morning coffee and evening wine. The building’s indoor pool, spa, and gym were an added bonus. Check-in was seamless, the hosts were responsive and thoughtful, and the location couldn’t be better - close to cafes, shops, and the bus into the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful Airbnb, a great location to see everything Sydney has to offer. Very tastefully designed and holds the charm that is Camperdown/ Newtown houses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

I would like to say this is a home away from home! The beautiful comfortable apartment is located 10min walking distance away from the central shops , restaurants, bars, shopping mall and train station! Tidy and clean apartment with essential facilities! It’s quiet and comfortable! Well recommended for travelers who like tidy and clean, private and comfortable living space!

Brendan and Max's apartment worked well for us for a short stay in Sydney on our first visit to Australia. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable as a base for exploring the city. It was about halfway between the airport and city center, but only a ten-minute walk to a train station that gave us an entrance to the extensive Sydney transportation network. We were able to get anywhere we wanted easily. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but there was plenty of equipment and supplies if we wanted to do some. We had a good stay.

I loved my stay at Malcolm's house - felt like home right away! The location is excellent - walking distance to Newtown, Annandale, Glebe and of course Camperdown just around the corder. Buses right outside the door. Really nice private apparently, despite being in a big block of flats! Malcolm was absolutely lovely - really responsive, and left bread and milks and eggs - so lovely! I will definitely stay here again :)

Comfy and affordable stay for me and my friends. Just a few mins walk to Ashfield station, with lots of shops and restaurants around. While we didn’t get a chance to use them, I thought it was really nice of the host to prepare some instant noodles. Penny was also very responsive and friendly. Minor area of improvement was the shower, the water pressure was really low. Other than that, great stay and would recommend.

Cecilia is a fantastic air bnb host - Myself and my partner were up in Sydney for my surgery and Cecilia was supper accommodating pre stay and answered all my questions concerning my recovery. I can be very picky with cleanliness but this beautiful apartment is absolutely spotless. Close to everything you need as well!

Great location! Very close to the Mascot station—just less than 5 mins walk. Also close to every thing else: woolies, cafes, restaurants! Beautiful place to stay with balcony. Great lighting too from sunlight. My friends and I had a great stay.
