Waterfront holiday rentals in Inner West Council

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, which no photo does justice to just how stunning the view of the water is from not one but two decks. A two minute walk to wonderful shopping outlets, cafe’s, dog parks, gyms, salons, everything you need. The host is highly responsive, fair and accommodating. The quiet leafy neighbourhood filled with frangipani’s next to the water is beautiful, with a private area to have a sunny cool spa outdoors or a warm spa of an evening. The bbq placed right where you can see the water is a lovely touch for cooking outdoors with a view. I had everything I needed the moment I arrived which makes life so much easier. I can’t thank the host enough for my stay. This place is truly a gem. Thank you so much!

Absolutely outstanding

The house is equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. The kitchen, in particular, is excellently stocked, with high-quality pots and pans, all made of stainless steel or cast iron—no plastic or potentially harmful materials. We stayed for a month and had a great experience. The enclosed garage with an automatic door was very convenient for parking securely. The only minor inconvenience is that there are two flights of stairs, which made it a bit challenging for my wife when carrying groceries and using the stroller. Other than that, I highly recommend this house!

Don't let the entrance fool you, the apartment was very neat and tidy and Mimi was extremely accommodating with early/late check in. Very quiet area with great views

The house was lovely and the location was great to attend Vivid, restaurants, harbour trips and shows. More personal than a stay in a hotel. There were snacks waiting for us upon arrival and the house had everything we needed. Great spot to visit with the family. Not for small children or the elderly, due to stairs and pub close by but great spot for young adults and travellers. We truly enjoyed our stay in the historic home.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Really enjoyed staying at the house - view of the bridge is spectacular. We went to two shows at the Opera House and hit the Galleries ... we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Suzanna was great giving us lot's of local recommendations from the pub across the road to high end options. She was very communicative and I couldn't have wished for more from a host.

At 8:30pm on the first night we realised there was no hot water, we contacted the owner and had a response immediately. They gave us the option to send around a tradesman straight away or first thing in the morning. We asked for someone to come straight away and they arrived within the hour. The hot water system was cactus and we were given a full refund. Couldn't be happier with the response to an unfortunate situation. The house was amazing and very luxurious, it such a beautiful spot and would stay again!!

Beautiful host!! So sweet and response time was very good!! She gave me lots of recommendations for spots in Sydney. The air bnb itself was very cleanly and just such an awesome spot and looked exactly like the photos if not better!

3 of us stayed here whilst attending a conference nearby. We all loved the apartment which was spacious and well stocked. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. The view of Malabar beach from the living area was lovely. I definitely recommend it - Linda was indeed a super host

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

It was great location(you can go anywhere easily from the airbnb) and host sunny was so nice! Helped use to early check in, Always caring us when we need help or somethint. Room is so cozy and beautiful for sure, everything was clean. Our family enjoyed stay here, beautiful mermories we made! Thank you so much! 100% would like to stay here again if I come back to Sydney!

Frank’s place is in a great location, close to everything. The room offers amazing views, and having a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the sunset is truly relaxing. It exceeded our expectations and was great value for money!

The kitchen needs to be cleaned from cockroches. The glass dining table has to be fixed to the base securely.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Great place in an awesome location. Extremely easy instructions for getting in, clear and helpful instructions in the apartment. Views are amazing and the apartment is extremely well equipped. Perfect for our family stay over the long weekend.
