Situated in one of the most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Australia, it is a vibrant inner-urban community with grand old Art Deco buildings and harbour-side parks. It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to harbour side, Beare and Rushcutters Bay parks, tennis courts and marina. It is 5 - 15 minutes walk to galleries, and the retail and restaurant precincts of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. We will always be available via phone or email (even when we are outside of Sydney metro region). In the event of an emergency, you will find a list of contact details in the house manual. I'm available on email, text message or by phone (if I'm not in a meeting!). I pride myself on being responsive. Within easy reach of Sydney's cultural attractions, but sheltered in picturesque surroundings, Elizabeth Bay is a relaxed neighbourhood with a wonderful array of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants, cosy cafes, and organic farmers' markets. The apartment is set in a quiet leafy street in an inner-city area of Sydney, about two kilometres east of the CBD, central to the fashionable suburbs of Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Within easy reach of Sydney's cultural attractions, but sheltered in picturesque surroundings, Rushcutte Bay is a relaxed neighbourhood with a wonderful array of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants, cosy cafes, and organic farmers' markets. Sophisticated, Boutique Pop Art Inspired Apartment

Upon entry, you are greeted with a light and open hall. Lined with classic, print from some of Hollywood’s greatest productions, you are lead into the main communal area. If you're tired of exploring the city or after a long day at the office, then why not just kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa that greats you. The lounge area includes the aforementioned sofa to unwind on as well as relaxing executive chair that can be extended into a single sofa bed and an impressive Samsung smartTV which will allow you to access all your on-demand content such as Netflix, stan and SBS to name a few (no discrimination to those not listed). Wifi is obviously provided and this includes unlimited data. We all have to eat and on that topic, you will be happy to find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would expect from an apartment of this quality. An integrated gas hob with electric oven and dishwasher are only the start. Coffee machine to help raise you on a morning, stainless appliances, microwave, toaster, rice cooker you have it all, including complete cooking utensils and if you arrive late on the first day we have stocked the cupboards with basics and also provided organic bread, milk, butter, eggs and fresh orange juice to make that 1st breakfast a little less stressful. Did I mention those stunning Andy Warhol Chanel prints? The lounge area flows into a spacious Sun Room that you will find divided into 2 spaces a dining area with a large oak table that can comfortably seat 4 and a dedicated workspace. The workspace is readily prepared with an additional monitor (HDMI, DVI & VGA) USB keyboard and mouse, printer and I’ve even included some paper experience has shown a printer is useless without this. Back down the hall and the first door takes you into the spacious Bathroom, pristine white fixtures and a large waterfall showerhead. Fresh towels as well as complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided and should you need there are additional towels located in the large wardrobe located in the bedroom. The bathroom also houses the laundry area with both separate dryer and washer, washing powder can be located under the bathroom sink. The final room is the master suite complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed topped with crisp cotton linen, through and cushions. The room is illuminated by an elegant glass chandelier from the ceiling and 2 vintage style squirrel cage bedside lamps. Ample storage is provided in the form of an oversized built-in wardrobe hidden behind 2 floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors, hangers are provided so no need to worry about creased clothing and you will also find an iron and ironing board in the right-hand wardrobe. The opposite side of the room has a dark wood 3 drawer dresser with a large illuminated mirror above. There is a hairdryer located in the bottom drawer should you have by accident left your at home, I decided to include this little touch after falling for that mistake myself. Conclusion: The apartment is equipped with anything you might need (and more) to make sure your stay a pleasurable and enjoyable experience, anything missing then like any hospitable host I will do my best to assist 😊 You have the entire apartment to your self to enjoy, make yourself at home 🏡 I make every effort to greet guests on arrival, I don’t want you to have any questions unanswered or feel in the dark. During your stay, I am generally in town and just in the next suburb over so if you need anything I can (and will!) usually sort you out quick smart. The flat is in the Stanmore neighbourhood, four miles from the CBD. It's close to independent cafes serving fresh coffee, Italian food with an Australian twist (Norton Street), and the Camperdown Oval. It's only 15 minutes to the Opera House. The Apartment has excellent public transport links and street parking is a plenty and unrestricted. This is a new listing and offered at an introductory price I hope your stay is everying you would hope for...

As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

Heritage Terrace in a Waterfront Suburb Close to Everything.

Walk through the French doors leading onto the private balcony to admire Harbour Bridge views in this updated heritage home. Bright, cheerful and pastel-toned, the rooms are separated by sliding glass doors with heavy drapes for privacy. Living room converts to the second bedroom with a large L shaped sectional sofa that has a comfortable queen bed if required. Large Victorian terrace house offering 2 bedrooms with very comfy queen bed in 1 room and a large L shaped sectional sofa with a queen sized pull out bed in the 2nd (lounge room) The rooms are divided by a large sliding glass door, which can be closed and and made private with heavy drapes. Area is lockable and private. Both rooms have separate doors. Fully air conditioned and each room has ceiling fans. Add to this the almost permanent refreshing breezes, you are bound to be 100% comfortable. Double french doors opening to a balcony with clear views of the harbour bridge. Great spot for that first morning cup of tea or coffee. Full private bathroom with large soaking tub and glassed in shower! You have ample wardrobe hanging space, smart TVs, coffee making facilities, microwave and mini fridge. Access to full kitchen (isn't there a rule about NOT cooking whilst on holidays) , and courtyard with BBQ facilities. Guests will have access to kitchen and back courtyard with barbque I am always available if you need anything. The terrace lies in Balmain, close to so many amenities, including ferries, buses restaurants and boutiques. Close to Darling Harbour, Pyrmont, and the city, it's also a few doors down from the London Hotel, which hosts the area's best steakhouse. There are buses and ferries to all the favourite haunts and Balmain has many great walks around the foreshores. Bus to CBD takes under 15 minutes. Ferry to Circular Quay is around 10 minutes.
