Holiday rentals with a patio in Inner West Council

We loved our stay here! Everything was neat and tidy. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us :) So convenient with the train and Woolworths only minutes walk away. Xiang was very friendly in messages and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Chris was one of the most gracious and accommodating Airbnb hosts I’ve ever encountered. He generously offered an early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, making my stay even more seamless. The property is ideally located in the heart of Newtown—a studio, yet surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed. Every amenity one could possibly need is provided, with carefully curated gadgets and essentials placed for utmost convenience. A comprehensive instruction manual, complete with detailed information and maps, ensures a hassle-free experience. The added perk of free underground parking was a fantastic bonus. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris’s place for an exceptional stay.

A very responsive, friendly & professional host. Carlo went above and beyond to ensure we received keys early which was a huge help to us as we vacated our home for a renovation. Any future accommodation needs for us or family & friends we will stay there again.

Great place and great location. One bedroom only, second bed is sofa bed in open space if you travel more than 2people and needs 2rooms. Otherwise great location and place, clean and very tidy

Brad was one of the best hosts we’ve stayed with. Who was very attentive to our needs, and was always happy to help us out when ever we needed him. He was very knowledgeable of the area and recommended us some pubs and food areas. He provided clear instructions on how to access everything in his house. Would highly recommend staying here

This place is surrounded by beautiful restaurants and charming shops, with lively streets full of people. There’s always something to do nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring a separate living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchen - it truly feels like a home.

What a lovely place to stay. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilyfield. The house was super clean and comfortable with a surprisingly spacious rear garden and outdoor entertaining area. We used to live in this area before moving to the UK, so were looking forward to exploring our old ‘hood, but the host Jodie went over an above to make our stay even more special with some local suggestions that were absolute gems! Jodie was also super responsive and helpful before and after our stay. We would definitely stay at Jodie’s place again in future and would totally recommend to anyone considering staying at the same time.

Beautifully appointed house. Great neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants and shopping options. Lovely walks and views on the harbour. Ideal location close to the ferry and bus. Will definitely go back if available ale during our next visit.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Vernon House in Balmain East. The views are incredible, the house itself is warm and cosy, and the close proximity to the ferry wharf was a real highlight! Communication with Jillian was excellent and we especially appreciate the flexible check-out. It was a truly special place to stay.

We had a great stay at Katerina’s terrace home. It was cosy, comfortable and close to everything we needed in the inner west!

We spent lovely days in Daniel’s house. The location is great and close to the city center. Also Daniel is very friendly and welcomed us in person when we arrived at his house. It’s really helpful that we don’t need to navigate everything in his room by ourselves. Also he is kindly to show us the surroundings and reply back quickly. I definitely will go back to Daniel’s house next time. Thank you.

We (my partner and I) stayed in Malcolm's place for a few weeks and felt right at home! The appartment is fully equipped and stocked, so you have everything you need and more. Malcolm himself is super friendly, helpful and responsive! The building is great and has an amazing indoor and outdoor pool as well as a well equipped gym. We loved our stay there!

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Brendans place is in an outstanding location. It is walkable to the main sites if you want some decent exercise without a marathon but directly across the street to the hub of all transportation in Sydney. His place is virtually a gateway to Sydney if you are the kind of person that is largely out and about. Wifi was good quality and there was a tobacco store downstairs to store my bags until checkin was ready and after I checked out before it was time for the airport (it is about $10AUD per bag). Brendan is very responsive and enthusiastic and available for any help you may need. I definitely recommend Brendans place to anyone desiring easy and quick access to public transportation as a priority.

The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed & the location was perfect, so central. It also felt as if we'd found a slightly hidden gem right in the heart of the CBD. Sharon was more than helpful when we asked if we could drop our bags off earlier. A very welcoming host.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.
